Hello and welcome :) We are Laurent and Anita, a couple in their fifties who would be delighted to have you at our home to help us. We also have 2 dogs and 4 cats, so animal lovers will be delighted!

Laurent can offer you "training" in the maintenance of buildings and exteriors (masonry, painting, coating, gardening, renewable energies), while Anita can teach you how to cook good typically French or Breton dishes :) We live in a beautiful area that offers beautiful scenery, good people and peace of mind. If you want to stay working while enjoying the peace and quiet of the property, this project is perfect for you! Brittany also offers an amazing gastronomic cultural exchange, with its delicious dishes. We will happily make you taste all these delicious dishes. People with a special diet are welcome (vegetarianism, veganism, gluten/dairy free etc.), except celiac disease as it is too difficult to manage. Our two-hectare mill offers you a stay in a unique place, surrounded by nature. Here you can come and recharge your batteries in peace and quiet. If you practice meditation, this is the perfect place! It is known that animals are therapeutic and fill us with happiness, which is why the presence of our animals can also fill you with joy and add something extra to your stay.
Laurent peut vous proposer des "formations" dans l'entretien des bâtiments et des extérieurs (maçonnerie, peinture, enduit, jardinage, énergies renouvelables), tandis qu'Anita peut vous apprendre à cuisiner de bons plats typiquement français ou bretons :)
Nous vivons dans une magnifique région qui offre de beaux paysages, de bonnes personnes et de la tranquillité d'esprit. Si vous souhaitez rester travailler tout en profitant du calme de la propriété, ce projet est parfait pour vous !
La Bretagne offre également un échange culturel gastronomique épatant, avec ses délicieux plats. Nous vous ferons déguster avec plaisir tous ces mets délicieux. Les personnes avec un régime spécial sont les bienvenues (végétarisme, véganisme, sans gluten/laitage etc.), sauf la maladie cœliaque car trop difficile à gérer.
Notre moulin de deux hectares vous offre un séjour dans un lieu unique, auprès de la nature. Ici, vous pouvez venir vous ressourcer en étant au calme. Si vous pratiquez la méditation, c'est le lieu parfait !
Il est connu que les animaux sont thérapeutiques et nous emplissent de bonheur, c'est pourquoi la présence de nos animaux peut également vous combler de joie et apporter un plus à votre séjour.

For gardening, we do not yet know exactly what we can offer you but for example, cleaning the flower beds, removing weeds... Then, you can help us make joints on the farmhouse, remove the coatings from a small wall, interior painting and exterior, various masonry... Notre moulin nécessite de l'entretien extérieur. Nous souhaitons de l'aide au niveau du bief, avec du jardinage et pour la mise en valeur de l'extérieur du moulin en général.
Il y aurait peut-être besoin d'aide pour l'installation de panneaux solaires, afin de finaliser la mise en autonomie de la maison.
Nous sommes proches de la nature et souhaitons des personnes qui le sont aussi.
Vous pourrez également fournir de l'aide dans la maison, pour le ménage ou la cuisine si vous le souhaitez, mais nous privilégions le travail de l'extérieur.
Il est donc important que vous soyez quelqu'un qui aime passer du temps dehors, étant donné que la grande part du travail sera effectuée à l'extérieur.
Les personnes ayant de l'expérience dans le jardinage, la maçonnerie, la peinture, avec les enduits seraient préférables, mais nous acceptons avec plaisir les personnes n'ayant pas d'expérience mais étant motivées à apprendre ce genre de travail.
L'aide au niveau du bief serait par exemple de débroussailler, de tailler les arbustes, renforcer les berges(bord des rivières) avec des pierres, enlever à la main les plantes invasives...
Pour le jardinage, on ne sait pas encore exactement ce qu'on peut vous proposez mais par exemple, nettoyer les massifs de fleurs, enlever les mauvaises herbes...
Ensuite, vous pourrez nous aider à faire des joints sur la longère, enlever les enduits d'un petit muret, peinture intérieure et extérieure, maçonneries diverses...
D'autres petits travaux comme cela, à voir avec l'expérience des personnes et de l'avancement de ce qui sera déjà fait.

Accommodation
We offer you accommodation in a renovated apartment, with your own bedroom and bathroom. For accommodation, several possibilities are possible depending on the workawayers' links. For example, if you come with several people, you can stay in the living room of the apartment, all together (on mattresses), while another workawayer who comes alone could sleep in the room (or in pairs if that doesn't bother you). not share a room with a stranger). Or, if you come as a couple/friends, you can share the private room. If there are no other workawayers, you will have the whole apartment. Or, everything can be shared, that is, you can share the room with another person. The living room can also be shared, if you don't mind living in a community in this way, where mattresses can be arranged for several people to sleep in it. There is also a 7 meter caravan at your disposal.
Nous vous proposons de loger dans un appartement rénové, avec votre propre chambre et salle de bain.
Pour le logement, plusieurs possibilités sont possibles en fonction des liens des workawayers.
Par exemple, si vous venez à plusieurs, vous pourrez loger dans le salon de l'appartement, tous ensemble (sur des matelas), pendant qu'un autre workawayer qui viendrait seul pourrait dormir dans la chambre (ou à deux si ça ne dérange pas de partager une chambre avec un.e inconnu.e).
Ou alors, si vous venez en couple/ami.es, vous pouvez partager la chambre privée. S'il n'y a pas d'autres workawayers, vous aurez tout l'appartement.
Ou, tout peut être partagé, c'est-à-dire que vous pouvez partagez la chambre avec une autre personne. Le salon aussi peut être partagé, si ça ne dérange pas de vivre en communauté de cette façon, où des matelas peuvent être disposés pour dormir à plusieurs dans ce dernier.
Il y a également une caravane de 7 mètres à votre disposition.
