    Description

We are a group of chill people with the focus in creating connections with all our guests and share our way of travelling and living life, and we believe that by sharing this values we can be seen as a temporary family.

We are a group of local people, from Merida or some other parts of Mexico in charge of the operation. We have our local property leader (manager) from Merida and the owners are local people that are in charge of everything in the hotel. Our cleaning staff are two amazing local ladies that can share merida´s culture.

    Help

It is important for us to have a multicultural environment for our guests and share cultures.

The help we are seeking is for people to be great hosts to our guests, help them to enjoy the hostel, educate them about the local area, and make them feel at home.

We hope our volunteers can gain confidence in their people skills and feel like they have met more of the world after staying with us.

In your day to day tasks, you will be hosting guests, making sure they get to their room and get to know the facilities and weekly activitites. You will be in charge of hosting some activities like going to local places or organizing outdoors activities like bike ride or visiting cool local places.

We encourage digital nomads. We believe that we can benefit from having active people in the digital world, and by hosting them, we can learn new things and it's always great for us to have responsible and hard-working people, as well as people that want to disconnect from their previous work and learn about our culture. You can do both, work and exchange culture with us
