Beschreibung
My name is kris, I am 56 years old and I live in the south of france, more precisely in the heart of the Basque country where I grow aromatic plants and fruits in organic agriculture and permaculture.
I have a passion for travel and worked in tourism for a long time before turning to agriculture. I grew up in the Caribbean and I developed a taste for quality products, the joy of living and sharing arts, culture, cuisine and everything that is good for the heart and body. I like to take care of plants and orchards, tinkering and painting (I took interior design courses), I love cooking, I am rather discreet and lonely even if I enjoy the moments of conviviality. I know how to take care of animals as a place to live. I do not smoke or enjoy the smell of tobacco and even less the noise. I speak a little English, Spanish and of course French and Creole. I am easy to bond but not an unconditional talker. Looking forward to discovering you!

Was könntest du arbeiten?
In the field of growing and processing plants and fruits/vegetables, I take care of planting, manual maintenance of surfaces and plants, weeding, hoeing, watering, natural treatment with manure, bicarbonate or other..., pruning) harvesting by hand, from selection and sorting to processing (distillation, drying or other). I also manage the permaculture design and rotation plan.
During the harvest, I manage the storage up to marketing (distributor or direct sales)
For the kitchen, I take care of daily meals from breakfast to dinner , but not in large quantities. Beyond 10 people at the quoditien over a long period, it can quickly become boring.
I cook fresh products, often raw and spicy or in any case seasoned. I’m not a vegetarian but I don’t eat meat often, rather fish.
When it comes to DIY, I touch everything, I like painting, furniture makeover, decoration and recycling in general.
