Hi there !
I'm Laura (33yo), coming from Belgium !
I am a yoga teacher specializing in sharing movement as medicine - for holistic health. I am also a somatic coach and reiki healer+teacher.
I'm spending this year 2025 in Latin America to dedicate myself to meaningful projects : taking care of communities and learning harmonious ways to live with the earths.
and I'm looking to take part of projects that have to do with Nature and animals - with a profound sense of care.
Books and poetry changed my life in 2024, especially the writer Stephen Harrod Buhner who introduced me to the world of plant medicine, and the poet David Whyte who continuously invites to be in conversation with everything around us.
I am desiring to plant my hands in the soil and learn to listen to nature :)
I'm looking for learning permaculture and harmonious ways to be in partnership with the land.
Bit more about me :
I've been solo traveling since I'm 21,
spent the last 4 years in Asia (mainly Taiwan),
can help you out with website and social media stuff since I used to share my work online,
absolute dog lover
and am a total nerd.
I would LOVE to offer my services, to individuals (one on one) or groups, during my stay at your place.

I have never stopped learning languages - I have learned many more than I can speak (ancient ones as well, such as classical arabic, hebrew, hieroglyph, etc), my love for language is a thirst that cannot be quenched. I'd be happy to keep practicing as well as teach you in the ways I've known to be most efficient to learn :)

I'm at a transitional time of my life, and am deeply contemplating alternative lifestyles, having to do with connecting deeply with the land and living an eco-centered life. Hence my deep interest in ecovillages, ecocommunity, and any project that has to do with nature and animals

With two other volunteers, Manon and Julien, we worked on the roof for a a good week, it was physical :)
When we were done with that big tasks, we had other light ones, very enjoyable, of harvesting fruits, preparing conserves for peaches, collecting oreganos and other food/huerto related tasks.… read more
She is very kind and keen to help if she is needed. We did a lot of farm activities from preparing compost and horse compost to plant seeds, harvest food and feeding animals. She also helped carrying wood, removing "bad" herbs and mulching the plant… read more
I just said goodbye to them but it doesn't feel like a goodbye - more like a "I'll see you again, and I'll be carrying you all in my heart !".
