  Beschreibung

  Hello you workawayers out there, we are a little family of four (Tobi, 40;Mel,36; Emil,5;Paul,2) and we live in the most western part of Austria called Vorarlberg. It‘s a beautiful valley in between mountains, very close to the Swiss and german borders. We have a House with a great view, two quite big gardens, chicken, and a cat. You would live with us, have your own room, wifi, a bike if needed, and all the Information about the area you ask for. Bathroom would be shared, you could take part on all the family meals and of course join us on every side trip we do if you want to.
  In exchange we‘d ask you for help with daily tasks in the house, with the garden, the animals and sometimes also with the kids. If you like to cook, it’s a big point for you, cause mel doesn‘t. Tobi is a very good cook though.
  In winter, there‘s less work than the rest of the seasons but you‘ll be able to go skiing or snowboarding. We can also teach you.
  Since we are actually „retired“ workawayers ourselfes, we can promise we‘ll stick to the workinghours but we‘d be happy, if you really give us a Hand during these. Looking forward to hear from you.

  Kultureller Austausch und Lernmöglichkeiten

  Vorarlberg is actually a very special part of Austria, worth to get to know. We have many different dialects and the rest of Austria isn‘t able to understand us. The fact that we are close to Switzerland and germany gives you the opportunity to get to know those countries too. Also here in Vorarlberg you can have special Food like „riebel“ or „käsknöpfle“, you can experience beautiful hikes, Go swimming in cristal clear lakes and rivers, do shopping tours in little old towns or have a good time at a bar in the next City, 30 mins by Bus.

  Arbeit

  As you already read, we need help with daily tasks in the house, the garden, the animals and the kids. Since we are both working (just parttime) and Paul is at home fulltime till at least September 2027, there‘s quite something to do. Everything you‘ll have to do will be decided together and you can absolutely tell your preferences.
