Hello, my name is Cecilia, I live in the countryside, on the way to the Huerquehue National Park, it is a very beautiful and quiet place. I have a nursery, I am dedicated to the reproduction of plants from seeds. I am very interested in the medicinal part of native and exotic plants. There are many lakes, rivers and hot springs near here, surrounded by mountains where you can go for a walk and enjoy nature.

The rural area of Paillaco is 35 km from Pucon. It is a nursery where we sell, produce and reproduce ornamental and medicinal plants, so you can learn to identify them, learn about their uses and their forms of reproduction and cultivation.
I am exclusively dedicated to plants and I do not have pets or farm animals. The place is very peaceful and the landscape from my space is amazing. I can offer guided walks with identification of native plants from the mountain forest and some typical birds. I really enjoy cooking and I have a wood stove to offer typical Argentine food.
The space is large and you can put up a tent in different parts of the land to make it more practical and depending on weather conditions (in extreme cases I can offer accommodation inside the house). The bathroom and kitchen of my house are available to volunteers.

El área rural de paillaco , queda a 35 km de Pucon . se trata de un vivero donde vendemos , producimos y reproducimos plantas tanto ornamentales como medicinales, asi que podrán aprender a identificarlas, conocer sus usos y sus formas de reproducción y cultivo.
Estoy abocada exclusivamente a las plantas y no tengo mascotas ni animales de granja, el lugar es muy pacífico y el paisaje desde mi espacio es alucinante. puedo ofrecer caminatas guiadas con identificacion de plantas nativas del bosque cordillerano y algunas aves típicas. disfruto mucho de cocinar y tengo cocina a leña para ofrecer comida típica argentina.
En verano el espacio es amplio y se puede colocar carpa en diferentes partes del terreno para que sea más práctico .
El resto del año se quedan dentro de la casa , con habitación propia. Y baño compartido.

During the summer months, I need help with improvements to the nursery gates. I also need help cutting and storing firewood for the house.
And I also need help mowing the lawn. If anyone has knowledge of irrigation systems, that would be a great asset for making other improvements.
Nursery work includes gardening activities (digging the soil, mowing the lawn, preparing new plants, watering, sowing, harvesting fruit, building raised beds, installing shade netting, planting and transplanting, and possibly repairing fences and replacing stakes). General maintenance of the space and access paths is also required. These activities are done collaboratively, and you can learn about sowing, substrate, fertilizer, and plant growth cycles, as well as identifying native plants and some local birds.

En los meses de otoño necesito ayuda con corte y acopio de leña para la casa
También .mejoras en puertas del vivero
y también ayuda para cortar el pasto. Si alguien tiene conocimientos de sistemas de riego, seria muy positivo como para hacer otras mejoras.
Trabajo de Vivero, actividades de jardinería ( incluye picar la tierra, cortar pasto, preparar nuevas plantas, riego , siembra, cosecha de frutos, armar bancales, colocar mallas sombra, plantar y transplantar, tambien puede haber cercos que arreglar y estacas que reemplazar, mantenimiento general del espacio y los caminos de acceso.
Las actividades se realizan en forma conjunta pueden aprender sobre siembra , sustrato, abono y tiempos de las plantas, tambien identificación de plantas nativas y algunas aves de la zona.

You can go trekking, go to hot springs, go to Lake Tinquilco or Caburgua, swim, fish, paraglide, meditate, read. Bus transportation to the Huerquehue National Park. There are 3 daily departures from Pucón. It is also very common to hitchhike to get to the lake, Pucón, and the national park.

Pueden hacer trekking, ir a termas, ir al lago tinquilco o caburgua, nadar ,pescar , hacer parapente, meditar , leer.
Transporte bus al parque nacional Huerquehue. 3 frecuencias diarias desde Pucón. tambien es muy comun hacer dedo (hitch-hiking) para llegar tanto al lago, a pucón, asi como al parque nacional.
