Beschreibung
I am a yoga and meditation teacher. I had created a small yoga and meditation center here in the countyside of Mexico. The aim of this proyect is to offer the facilities for the practice, research and learning of Yoga and Vipassana Meditation.
This is a loose networks of friends and students but not an organisation.
We are based in the city of Xalapa a few minutes in a car from the nature that surround us.

Arbeit
We moved already the center to a house and it needs always to be repair, painted and also to re build some areas. We also want to create an organic garden and a kitchen.
The work is done with friends and students in a friendly enviroment.
Based in past experiences this place works for travellers that are already in a spiritual path and enjoy activities like meditation, Yoga, and so on.. We usually ask for a few days of trying before to arrange a certain time to stay.

Unterkunft
We can offer private or shared accomodation, also tents on the garden are welcome, it just need to be arrange in advance. Simple vegetarian meals are offered. Daily Yoga and meditation classes are also offered.

We are looking for volunteers that would like to be in an enviroment of Yoga and meditation, in a friendly community. We are located in heart of the city of Xalapa a few minutes away from nature.
Xalapa is the capital of Veracruz state, quite caotic city but sorrounded by beautifull nature, mountains, rivers and forest. And the beach is not that far. We are in the mist forest, near to the mountains and an hour from the beach of Veracruz.
Apart from the city Center we also have a land that is located 25 minutes away from Xalapa, where we want to create an small base for retreats. This is also another option to stay, but this one is very basic and rustic, for who enjoy the very simple life.
