We are Kevin (26) and Eliana (27) a couple from The Netherlands,
Our greatest passion is travel (obviously). Through travel we met all our current friends, each other and we'd love to keep traveling for as long as it is given to us.

About me, Eliana, I am a calm and focused person who learns quickly and is always willing to help. I am a hard worker and adapt well to new situations. No matter the role, I put in the effort to learn and perform well. I love dogs and going for walks, and in my free time enjoy doing handcrafts and painting.

About me, Kevin, I love sports, watching them, and playing them. I worked in construction for eight years, so I can be useful with that. I've also worked on farms, so I'm familiar with animals too. I also love chess, and I teach the kids in my village, which is very rewarding.

We also explored South America together. Our favorite country is Peru, but we've also been to Colombia, Ecuador, Bolivia, Argentina, and Chile. For our next workaway, we are planning to visit Southern Spain in November and December. We would like to discover the local culture of the area between the big cities (Granada, Malaga, Sevilla & Córdoba)
We can't wait to discover the tranquil nature of these beautiful cities and everything in between.

We're both very open to learning new things, experiencing new cultures, new foods. We noticed that our combined strengths—Kevin, hardworking, handy, and experienced—and Eliana, patient, social, and good with people and animals, proved to be a very good combination, allowing us as a couple to get everything done really well at current and previous projects

At April 18th 2025, we got married and before we settle down somewhere, a house, job, etc. we want to see more of the world through this platform, perhaps you can be part of that.

Was könntest du arbeiten?

I, Kevin, have extensive work experience. I've been working since I was 14, from tree nurseries to garden shops, zoos—everything a minor was allowed to do back then, I did. I've always worked a lot.
But mostly I worked in construction, which I have experience with. I'm good with tools and wrenches and have certifications and experience with welding. Beside working in construction fields I worked on a pig farm every weekend for seven years, so I have experience with that too. Besides work, I studied journalism, did some sport-related internships with that but this was mostly just for the diploma; I've always preferred working with my hands. I teach chess, and I have certificates for it. I also taught English and Spanish to orphans in Peru.

As a working couple, Eliana and I make a good match. While she is good with children and animals (the social aspect), I am more practical.

As for me, Eliana, I studied international business at university and then decided to take a chance and move to the other side of the world, where I started from scratch and discovered the pleasure of working from the bottom up, using my hands, which I found rewarding and allowed me to pursue my passion for travel. I am eager to learn and prefer to do so in varied environments. For example, I started working as a cleaner in houses and then later I worked for a year with a host family in Münster as an au pair, with whom I had the opportunity to teach English and assist them in various aspects such as homework and other matters. I also gave math and English tutoring to children. Then I traveled to the Netherlands, where I got a full-time job, where I started from the basics and now I am able to develop any function in the manufacturing process, and am learning the language. I work hard, am always willing to learn, and always give a little more of myself; I know exactly what is expected of me.

Was noch ...

We are not smokers, never did. We don’t have pets at the moment, but we would truly love to have some. Eliana loves them, especially dogs, and we both grew up with all kinds of pets, so we know how wonderful it is to have them and the love and comfort they bring.
The perfect place/ job for us to find is somewhere in a remote calm area. We love calm places where we can just look at the sea, mountains or a landscape with just the sounds of the wind, be there. We are not city people. We are humble and quiet, we prefer listening over talking. We prefer to show our skills by hard working and just taking actions instead. That's how we quietly travel around the world and fill our hearts with priceless memories.
