Beschreibung

Hi! I'm Julieta, a 41-year-old Argentinian traveler and artist. I'm currently on an extended trip through Europe and beyond, combining travel with a personal art project inspired by people's life stories and the landscapes I encounter.

My project is based on theater, storytelling, and community creativity. I believe in art as a bridge between cultures and am particularly interested in learning about local traditions, daily life, and ancestral knowledge. I don't just want to visit places, but to connect deeply with their inhabitants and find meaningful ways to exchange and contribute.

I've always been drawn to the authentic rhythm of local life, and that's what I'm looking for on Workaway: real human connections, shared work, and a cultural immersion that goes beyond tourism.

Besides being an artist and cultural manager, I'm a curious person who has done a bit of everything in my life, so I have diverse work experience related to cooking, cleaning and general maintenance (houses, hostels, etc.), simple construction work, caregiving, therapeutic support, permaculture projects, organizing and managing events and gatherings, and graphic design/photography/social media.

- Extensive travel experience, including hitchhiking throughout most of South America and Europe
- Quick adaptation to different environments and tasks
- Strong teamwork skills and excellent communication skills
- Passion for healthy, home-cooked meals, especially vegetarian and traditional dishes
- Enthusiastic about reading, writing, art, and photography
- Nature lover: I enjoy camping, hiking, and open water swimming
- Deep interest in and experience with community projects, permaculture, and sustainable living

Was noch ...

These are my first steps in workaway, and my first experience was incredible. I expect to follow crossing me with creative people and with good ideas. I like me a lot the place where worked because I felt that I could give the best of my and this was very very received!

Through this journey, I hope to exchange knowledge, energy, and creativity with the communities I visit. Whether it’s helping on a farm, cooking together, running a creative workshop, or simply supporting your daily routine, I’m open and ready to contribute wherever I’m most useful.
✈️ Travel Plans
2025- I'll be spending my winter in Galicia, Spain, doing two amazing volunteer jobs.
2026- Starting in March, I'm looking for a paid volunteer position in the UK or outside the Schengen Area.
