Hi,
this is Jo and Tom’s account. We are two Germans and a dog (Bear) who love to travel. After some time being settled in Denmark, our itchy feet take us into the world again. This time we want to explore Europe and get to know as many great places as we possibly can.

We love nature, sustainable living, cooking, baking, hiking, biking, gardening, travelling and much more!

We moved to Australia in 2017 in the pursuit of an adventure and then took our beloved 4 wheel drive Camper and drove it half way across the globe going through Russia, Mongolia, Kazachstan, ... well back to Germany eventually. We then ran an offgrid mountain cabin for 2 years before moving to Denmark where we spent the last couple of years.

We are open minded and love meeting and getting to know new people. There is so much to learn from personal interaction, which is why we want to take on as many work away assignments as possible.

Was könntest du arbeiten?

Jo has a degree in tourism and Tom in physics.
We both know our way around veggie gardens. We've attended permaculture workshops and had a try ourself in our backyard.
Jo is a great cook and baker and Tom is optimizing his bread baking skills to achieve a perfect sourdough loaf.
Jo used to work in PR so is really good with social media and internet presence. She is a genius in organizing anything.
Tom is a physicist so not too bad with computers. He knows how to use tools in general and is eager to learn more in that regard. He loves to work with wood and found a new passion in working on cars.
Jo has a real talent for language, speaking German, English, Spanish and Hindi (and other bits and pieces). We both improved our English in Australia to a point where we would feel very comfortable teaching others or translating.
We both are hard workers. There is no job or task we wouldn't give a 100%. Oh, and did we mention we love people? And that we’ve both worked with refugee support in the past? Social fairness and treating everyone equally is very dear to our hearts.

Was noch ...

Well, what else... We're big fans of the outdoors. The mountains are one of our passion.
We love animals and would probably already own a small zoo if we had the space and time.
We live in the constant pursuit of sustainability. No waste, no plastic and make your own. At some point we want to live truely self-sustainable.
