Oliver stayed my two farm .One is sheep farm at beginning .There he was helping sheep herding help daily routing.I think it was difficult at beginning but it takes week to get learn .
But he was one of best volunteer.

What an amazing time we had with Amy!
Amy is incredibly open, candid and heartful. It took her literally no time to blend in in our community and her curiosity and tenderness touched the heart of whoever managed to spend longer time with her. She joined us in all the possible outings in the nearby cities and brought along so much enthusiasm, that beautifully added up to the joyous atmosphere of the excursions.
Amy is very dutiful, warm and dedicated and just loves to get to know people and take part to any kind of activity or community program. She also loves to share her heart and her different life experiences, which are prolific and at the same time profound.
It was an enriching exchange to have her here and we are longing very much for her next visit. You are most welcome dear Amy, see you soon! :)

Ronja was an excellent volunteer. She was hardworking, respectful, and easy to talk to. She brought a positive vibe to the house and to the other volunteers.

Eva brought such a wonderful presence to our place and everybody in our little corner of the village loved her from day one. Everything was easy and flew into place naturally as if she was meant to be here all along. Basti loved especially the bike rides and the evening playtime but also had a good model for healthy boundaries (which she protested at first but serve her well on the long run :D)
Thanks a mill Eva for your time at our place, for all the help, the best pancakes ever and inspiring conversations we had. You are always warmly welcome to visit us again and keep in touch. hugs

Elspeth volunteered at our Kampot school, where she focused on teaching children and youth. She is a responsible and friendly volunteer who connects well with her students. One of her main strengths is her adaptability. She is very flexible in her daily tasks and adjusts very well to new environments and changing situations. She is consistently good with the kids and reliable in her work. I recommend Elspeth for future volunteer roles.

Alexander volunteered at our Kampot school, teaching children and youth. He is kind, friendly, and very good with the kids. He built close connections with the community members during his time here. He handles challenges maturely; if issues arise, he addresses them privately and directly rather than making a problem out of them. He also provided solid support with video making. I recommend Alexander for future volunteer roles.

Jasmina and Emilie volunteered at our Kampot school, teaching children and youth. Both of them are kind, friendly, and very flexible volunteers who work well with the kids. A notable strength for both is how easily they mix with everyone in the school environment, including other volunteers, local staff, and students.
They each also brought specific skills to the team. Jasmina provided good support with our video making. Emilie was very helpful in assisting our trainees and stepping in for practical daily tasks, such as cooking and cutting firewood.
They both built solid relationships within our community. We highly recommend Jasmina and Emilie for future volunteer roles.

Zak volunteered at our Kampot school, teaching children and youth. He is a responsible and punctual volunteer. He shows strong commitment to his work and does not give up easily. Lovisa was a wonderful volunteer and a pleasure to have as part of our team. She was responsible, reliable, and always completed her tasks with dedication and care. Beyond fulfilling her responsibilities, she was proactive, eager to help, and consistently brought a positive attitude to everything she did.
I even brought Lovisa to a local wedding, and she blended in wonderfully with the community. She was friendly, respectful, and made everyone feel comfortable. She is open-minded, patient, and very easy to work with.
I highly recommend Lovisa to any host and would be happy to welcome her back anytime.

We hosted Laura at Leborde for over three weeks and she proved to be extremely hard working and had a great skill set that she happily put to good use, especially in our garden. She took on lots of gardening and painting projects and was confident enough to take initiative and suggest how best to tackle some of our challenges. Her experience with her own older property and garden was invaluable. We learnt from each other which is one of the joys of the workaway programme.
Laura was very respectful and independent and having her own car, allowed her to be able to explore the area in her time off.
She is very reliable and trustworthy and we felt that we could leave our home and garden in trusted hands when we were away at the end of her stay. We cannot recommend Laura highly enough.

Bhuvnesh had very little experience with tools and DIY work when he arrived—he was using a screwdriver and other tools for the first time. However, he learned quickly and was always willing to help. He adapted well to new tasks and did his best in everything he was asked to do. Thank you for your help, Bhuvnesh!

Lili is a kind and lovely young woman. Although she stayed with us for only a short time, she was a huge help. She helped move things forward when we had reached a standstill and brought new energy to the project. She worked incredibly hard—much harder than we expected. We were lucky to have Anton and Ella as our first guests in our new place. They are reliable, hard working and super nice people.
Among others, they helped us with "shou sugi ban" of our wooden boards for raised beds burning them, scraping and oiling. They leveled a ground. Anton proved himself very strong digging out endless trunks. Thank you, Anton. I told Ella about poisonous plants in our garden and she was so attentive to remember not to put them in a compost pile.
We spent many hours having interesting conversations that inspired us in many areas.
Ella and Anton were very patient and understanding of our dogs.
Last morning they gave me a great hand in cleaning our apartment.
We are very grateful for their generosity.

It was an absolute pleasure to host Bart and Soshanna. They integrated into our daily life so quickly that they truly felt like a part of the family. They were a tremendous help with both the gardening and in the kitchen. We had such a wonderful time together, and I would love to host them again in the future. I highly recommend them to any host.

Tom enjoyed working on the larger messy garden projects and completed some very overgrown areas especially around the pond which was completely covered with brambles.

Having Natsuki with us was an absolute joy. From the very first moment, she felt like part of our family. She is kind, caring, friendly, and incredibly helpful. Our children adored her, and she became like a big sister to our daughter, who already misses her very much.
Natsuki completed every task to a very high standard and was always reliable, motivated, and proactive. We also really enjoyed the cultural exchange and loved learning more about Japan, its culture, language, and writing systems through our conversations.
The time flew by far too quickly, and we already miss her. We wholeheartedly recommend Natsuki to any future host. If you have the chance to welcome her into your home, don't hesitate—you'll be incredibly lucky to have her. Thank you, Natsuki, for the wonderful memories!
