Our organisation was established in 2009 by a team of biological experts to promote aquaponics and hydroponics in Israel and around the world.
Our prime mission is to spread and develop hydroponic and aquaponic systems
We provide domestics, educational and commercial systems for developed and developing countries.
Over the years, the company has been involved in many projects around the world, including projects in Asia, Africa and the Middle East.

We would love to have you at the R&D Center. You will learn about the world of hydroponic and aquaponics on a theoretical and practical level. You will have the ability to help create and conduct experiments with new systems with the team. Moti, the owner, and the rest of the team, work hands-on with you to teach all the necessary methods in the field. The team consists of local residents of the area who love to work together with people from around the world and exchange ideas.
Arbeit
We are a R&D hydroponics and aquaponics farm. However, we are not a production farm rather a center for research and development of new Hydroponic and Aquapoinic systems. No prior knowledge of hydroponics is needed
The volunteers will be involved in the following:
Maintaining and growing vegetation in the greenhouse
Maintaining the systems for proper growth
Building new hydroponic systems from ground-up
Conducting experiments
Conducting market research
Help with maintaining social media platforms
Translating text for the use of the company
and more.

Unterkunft
We currently have a tent with a bed, electricity, and a fan. Feel free to arrange the place however you would like! We love We have both an indoor and outdoor shower, as well as an indoor toilet and a lovely kitchen area.
weekly allowance for food will be provided by us and there is close by supermarket.

The weekend begins on Thursday after work until Sunday morning.
We are just a few minutes (20 min walk) from the beach. Close to a surf shop and SUP area!
We are right next door to a village with a shopping center, gym, restaurants and a pub. Surrounded by beautiful orchards for an evening stroll.
We are also a single bus ride away from Tel Aviv (8 min walk to the bus).
There is free wifi and good cell phone reception on the farm.
