  A project that aims to combine organic vegetable and animal production with tourism and community work.
  
  I AM LOOKING FOR A LONG-TERM VOLUNTEER, but I also accept volunteers for shorter periods.
  
  We have officially certified organic vegetable production.
  I need urgent help to clear and prepare the land, as we will be using land that has been abandoned for many years and has been given to us by our neighbors.
  All help is welcome. I can take two volunteers at a time. We offer tents for the summer and a room during the winter.
  
  Anyone with construction skills is welcome. There are walls and houses to rebuild.
  My farm is located in the middle of the mountains, in a small village with only 8 inhabitants.
  The daily work will be divided between agriculture, animals, construction, and community work in the village.
  
  I am a natural resources and environmental engineer and was a professor of rural tourism.
  I intend to build a sustainable way of life with this project and a school for those who want to learn to live on the land in a sustainable way.(dont existe yet)
  
  Sometimes I work as a vegetarian chef at events.
  
  Other important information:
  -Gay friendly
  - Working hours are from 4/5 h ( one free day) or 6 h (2 free days) per day, we will agree that after the first contact
  - One or two days off
  (work distribution is agreed upon with the volunteer prior to arrival)
  - Accommodation: we have space for you to park your van, or we have tents (summer), and we have a room in the main house (winter). PLEASE NOTE: when staying in the main house, you must respect certain rules.
  - Food: 3 meals per day (based on local food and food produced on the farm)
  - We have 3 dogs and cats
  
  If we find a long-term volunteer, the tasks will be divided between caring for the animals, the fields, and domestic activities.
  Finally: BE SUSTAINABLE: save water, save energy, be careful with waste.
  
  Organic methods: Agrobio certified.
  We are part of the “Biolusitânia cooperative” project.

  Um projecto que visa associar a produção orgânica de vegetais e animais à actividade de turismo e trabalho comunitário.
  
  PROCURO UM VOLUNTÁRIO DE LONGO PRAZO, mas também aceito voluntários para períodos mais curtos,
  
  Temos produção de vegetais orgânicos oficialmente certificado.
  Preciso de ajuda urgente para limpar e preparar o terreno, pois usaremos um terreno que está abandonado há muitos anos e foi cedido pelos vizinhos.
  Toda a ajuda é bem vinda, posso receber 2 voluntários ao mesmo tempo, oferecemos tendas para o verão e durante o inverno um quarto.
  Qualquer pessoa com conhecimento em construção é bem-vinda, existem muros e casas para reconstruir.
  A minha fazenda fica no meio das montanhas, em uma pequena vila com apenas 8 habitantes,
  O trabalho diário será dividido entre agricultura, animais, construção e trabalho comunitário da aldeia.
  Eu sou engenheiro de recursos naturais e meio ambiente e fui professor de turismo rural.
  Pretendo construir um modo de vida sustentável com este projeto e uma escola para aqueles que querem aprender a viver na terra de forma sustentável.
  
  Às vezes trabalho como Chef Vegetariano, em eventos.
  
  Outras informações importantes:
  -Gayfriendly
  - O tempo de trabalho é de 4/5h ( 1 dia de folga) a 6h (2 dias de folga) por dia, a acordar depois do primeiro contacto
  ( a distribuição do trabalho é feita de acordo com o voluntário e acordado antes da chegada)
  - Sobre a acomodação: temos espaço para você estacionar sua van, ou temos tendas (verão), e temos um quarto na casa principal (inverno). ATENÇÃO: ao se hospedar na casa principal, é preciso respeitar algumas regras.
  - Alimentação: 3 refeições por dia ( com base na alimentação local e alimentos produzidos na quinta)
  - temos 3 cães e gatos
  
  No caso de encontrar um voluntário de longa duração, as tarefas irão dividir se entre cuidar dos animais, campo e atividades domésticas,
  Por último: SEJA SUSTENTÁVEL: economize água, economize energia, cuidado com o desperdício

  We live in a very small village, very traditional and truly Portuguese, volunteers will be able to know, taste and share local traditions.
  We have a lot to teach or share about respect for ecosystems and rural life (from the countryside to the kitchen)
  We can also offer vegetarian cooking experience (I work as a cook on a vegetarian farm on weekends)

  We need your help for the normal functioning of a farm. Treating the animals, growing the vegetables, helps in the reconstruction works, and in this period we urgently need help , because I'm going to teach far away, and I can't stay on the farm every day.

  Unterkunft

  Accommodation is a private room in our house. Meals are provided by us in the work days (3 meals).

  The help is 5 hours daily, 5 days a week. (or we can agree to another arrangement )
  One day a week we can go for a walk outside the farm. There is also the possibility to go to Vilas de Sertã, Ferreira do Zêzere and Cernache do Bonjardim whenever you need. And sometimes to Coimbra and Tomar.
  We have bikes, internet and pc.
  There is a daily bus in the village, and a bus stop for lisbon is very close by.
