  Beschreibung

  I own, manage and run a small hotel situated in Mirissa and I am seeking any form of artist/ muralist who can undertake projects within the hotel in exchange for free accommodation and breakfast. The place is central, safe and situated in a good location approx 20m away from the beach. We have a swimming pool, roof top garden and a main kitchen. Currently we have 3 full time members of staff and another 3 part time. I would like to enhance the hotel with beautiful works of art that can elevate and give the place a soul, identity and peaceful ambiance. I am happy to look at the artist's portfolio to decide if it's the right fit for the project before an agreement can be made.

  Volunteer Mural Artist / Painter Wanted – Boutique hotel in Mirissa, Sri Lanka looking for a muralist or artist to paint tropical / coastal wall art added with the natural charms of Sri Lanka.
  Duration: 1–4 weeks (flexible) and can be longer.

  The non-A/C room is a simple, clean, and a comfortable private room, designed allow air flow within the room from a powerful ceiling fan. You will have your own bed, fresh linens, side table, wardrobe, a private bathroom with hot water and also a fridge kept to store your food items. There will also be access for you to use the kitchen and we can provide a light breakfast in the mornings.
  
  There is also free Wi-Fi throughout the whole hotel and you will have full access to our swimming pool and roof top garden.
  
  I can arrange and provide for 3 meals a day or the full use of our main kitchen if required. It is very important that all guest feel valued, respected and trusted - the goal is making an enjoyable lifetime experience for you to take away with fund memories and hopefully returning back oneday.

  During your free time, you’re welcome to enjoy everything Mirissa and the south coast have to offer. Relax on Mirissa Beach, swim or snorkel in nearby bays, there are also lots of bars and restaurant to visit and enjoy. You can also take a whale watching experience or a dolphin trip, visit Parrot Rock or Coconut Hill. There are also trips to Matara where you can enjoy a boat ride to find crocodiles close up or maybe visit a turtle farm to release turtles in the morning. For the keen surfer there are many options also which are not too far away and can catch many waves in both Mirissa, Welgama. There are club nights on Wednesday, Friday and Saturday and bars with music open all week.
