  Beschreibung

  We are a family with two young girls, 9 and 11 years old, Emma and Alice. We live in Milan, I (Francesca, the mother) work in an international bank and my husband Fabio has a gelateria, to the happiness of all of us and our friends.
  
  During the week, Emma and Alice are  busy between school and their activities, they both are part of a scout group, which takes them 1.5 weekends a month and are passionate about ice skating.
  
  We are looking for a native English-speaking young woman to join us in our home and who is especially willing to involve Emma and Alice in English.
  
  We recently concluded a wonderful and enriching experience with a workawayer who spent a year with us. 
  
  During her stay, we shared countless memorable moments and learned from each other's cultures and experiences. We cherish the connections we make and are excited to welcome someone new into our lives.

  We are happy to warmly welcome a native English-speaking young woman who is adaptable, energetic, and enjoys interacting with both adults and children, who would love to spend quality time with us, especially with Emma and Alice. 
  
  
  Engaging in conversations and involving them in games or any kind of activities in English will be a delightful way to connect. 
  
  
  We would appreciate it if she is available to support us in some afternoon activities with them, such as accompanying them to the park or to the ice rink, where they practice their beloved figure skating twice a week. 
  
  We are thrilled about the opportunity to engage in a rich cultural exchange through dialogue, sharing habits, and enjoying diverse foods together.
  
  We are also committed to honoring the time she dedicates to her personal interests, striving to be as flexible and supportive as possible.
  
  We highly value honesty and mutual respect in both dialogue and concrete actions, and believe that a successful living arrangement is built on mutual understanding and adherence to agreements.
