Hello! I’m Isabel, a 20 year old student currently looking for an experience in Milan, I will go there for an academic exchange, and I’m excited for the experience!

Hello, im 20 years old, I’m a student located in Guadalajara Mexico, but soon I’ll be going to Milan for an academic exchange, I love kids so if you’re looking for help in that department, I’m the right one. I have volunteered in hostels before and i have experience working at hotels too, so I'm also interested in positions related to that area. I’m a really social person and I really love traveling and experiencing new cultures, I consider myself, a proactive person and I love learning new things all the time, I speak both English and Spanish fluently and I would like to learn Italian. I also really like cooking even tho I’m not that good at it hahaha!
I’m looking for a family to connect with and preferably a long stay during my journey in Milan, I promise I’ll offer the best of me and bring my good attitude and multiple skills to the mix.

I am a responsible, proactive, and sociable person with strong experience in hospitality, as well as in childcare and pet care. These experiences have allowed me to easily adapt to different environments and meet various needs effectively.
I currently work at a hotel, where I have developed key skills in customer service, problem-solving, teamwork, and time management. This professional background has strengthened my sense of commitment and work ethic in every task I undertake.
Previously, I volunteered at a hostel in Colombia, where I supported various areas including front desk assistance, organizing common spaces, and guest services. This experience deepened my interpersonal skills and fueled my passion for cultural exchange.
In addition, I have extensive experience with childcare, and I can say I’m really good with pets. I am empathetic, patient, and trustworthy, qualities that I consider are essential for such responsibilities. I am fluent in both Spanish and English, and I am very interested in language exchange opportunities, as I believe mutual learning greatly enriches the volunteer experience. I also love cooking, I’m not an expert by any means, but I try!
I am confident that I can contribute meaningfully while continuing to grow through the people and communities I encounter.
