  I live on my own in a beautiful part of the French Dordogne where I have led an extremely interesting life as an actress, artist and singer. I have many friends here and an active social life but, due to a recent accident, I am unable to drive and need a little help with certain things around the house and garden,

  You will experience what it is like to live to rural France and be able to practice your French speaking skills. You will also meet many interesting people, including local artists and musicians.

  Arbeit

  I am usually very active and have a great social life but I am recovering from a broken hip which means I am unable to drive and so need someone to take me shopping etc and to keep me company and help me with some tasks around the home (note that I already have someone nearby who is helping me with all my health and medical care so this is not required). Tasks will depend on your skill set but might include cooking and some gentle gardening as well as general companionship.

  I live in a gorgeous converted farmhouse on the outskirts of a village and surrounded by fields. There is a lovely little self-contained studio flat attached to my house where you would live. It has its own entrance so you would have lots of privacy.

  The local area is full of lovely villages and the nearest town is Riberac, which is less than 10 minutes away and has a wide choice of bars and restaurants as well as banks, supermarkets, pharmacies etc. The area is culturally very rich and there are many English speakers as well as other nationalities.
