  Hello! We are a Russian family living in the south of Chile. Our small family includes myself, my husband, two cats, and three dogs. We are dedicated to developing our property for tourism. Our dream is to create a welcoming space for tourists, where they can immerse themselves in the natural beauty of Chile.
  
  We are constantly working on developing our property. Our main task at the moment is building small houses for rent.
  Additionally, we have a vegetable garden where we grow a variety of vegetables, and we also maintain different fruit trees. Our property is located in a scenic area with two rivers and a magnificent view of the Lanín Volcano and surrounding mountains.
  
  We are situated in one of the most beautiful parts of Chile, where everyone can enjoy unique landscapes and clean air.
  We are looking for energetic volunteers who are ready to help us with the development of our property. In return, we offer not only accommodation and meals but also the chance to learn a lot of new things, and spend time in one of the most beautiful places on the planet!

  Our property is ideally situated to offer travellers a profound connection with some of Chile's most remarkable natural landscapes. Here's what you can explore and learn: various outdoor activities like hiking, kayaking, and horseback riding. Lakes, national parks and hiking trails, waterfalls, majestic mountains and volcanoes.
  Our location provides an exceptional opportunity to connect with nature and experience the majestic beauty of southern Chile.

  Arbeit

  We are currently building wooden cabins and developing our property surrounded by beautiful nature. We’re looking for volunteers who enjoy hands-on work and like to learn new skills while contributing to a meaningful project.
  
  Here are some of the tasks we usually need help with:
  
  Construction and carpentry:
  Assisting with the interior finishing of our cabins (wood paneling, fitting, assembling small wooden structures such as shelves or cupboards).
  Painting and applying protective coatings to wooden walls and exterior surfaces.
  Small repairs and general maintenance around the property.
  Basic plumbing or drainage work.
  
  Garden and outdoor work:
  Helping in the vegetable garden — planting, weeding, preparing the soil.
  Yard and property maintenance — collecting branches, painting the fence, keeping the outdoor space tidy.
  Occasionally helping with cutting or stacking firewood.
  
  Mechanic assistance (very welcome!)
  We would love to host someone with mechanical skills. If you can help with car maintenance, engine or gearbox repair, or even basic mechanical tasks, that would be a huge help for us.

  Unterkunft

  Type of accommodation for workawayers.
  Our workawayers will be accommodated in a comfortable and rustic-style living space. The living area is equipped with essential amenities for a comfortable stay, including beds with clean bedding, a shared bathroom with hot water, and common areas for relaxation and socializing. Workawayers will have their own private or shared bedrooms, depending on the number of volunteers we host at the time.
  
  Food and Meals.
  We provide two wholesome meals a day to our Workawayers. Meals will consist of a variety of local and international dishes. Volunteers are welcome to participate in meal preparation.
  
  Location and accessibility.
  Our property is situated in a serene and picturesque location, offering stunning views of the surrounding nature. We are within reasonable distance to local towns and attractions, and we provide guidance and tips for workawayers interested in exploring the region during their time off.
