  We are bunch of volunteers who run non-profit vegan sanctuary based in the heart of Czech Republic in the little village called Dobrovítov (good Welcome) with app 110 rescued animals (cows, lamas, cheeps, goats, pigs, dogs, cats, chickens, hens, turkeys, ducks) who not only want to save animals but show people we can live differently, we create events for kids, mentally ill people, elderly people and anyone who needs help to see World differently. We hope all people will understand one day we need to live in peace with nature, animals and us humans as one family in sustainable way. We are looking for volunteers who can stay min of 1 month who will help with animals, garden, cooking for volunteers and more up to your skills and hobbies as we want to create better World for us not only animals, so every ideas are very welcome. The work is physical, you will need to learn a lot of small details to do the daily animal care routine, and of course, it's a farm, so you will get dirty, and clean a lot of poop everyday. We have a lot of visitors during summer as we love to spread veganism in the nicest way possible so we create some events for them, so I think you can enjoy every bit of it. We prefer couples (but not necessary) where at least one of you have building skills as often needed is repairing and building fences or shelters for animals and etc... We can teach you a lot of things but we really need from you to be independent, responsible, credible, reliable and hard working as we are all as family here and you will be part of this family :)

  Was ist das?

  Kultureller Austausch und Lernmöglichkeiten

  You will have a lot of free time to spend in nature as all around our village are forests, you can meet a lot of interesting people here as we have a lot of events during the summer season, amazing vegan food, learn new things and skills, if you are animal lover you will be surrounded by them all the time. Private little cottage to stay and jurta as a living room is very comfortable and we have 6 meters big pyramid to meditate if you are in it :)

  Arbeit

  Every morning we feed animals and clean their shelters and all the area around. We have some sick animals so we give them medicine and take special care for them. We prepare all food for animals for the evening. We take dogs outside for walk. Check garden and cook food for everyone for lunch. After lunch you will have a free time till evening when we feed again the animals but it takes max 1 hour, so basically it is 4 hours morning and 1 hour evening mostly taking care for animals and farm around.

  Unterkunft

  Private little cottages for each volunteer, jurta as a living room, free internet connection, kitchen, bathroom with hot tab and only toilets are dry at the moment.
