Beschreibung
We are a fully serviced 7 bedroom homestay located in the wilderness of Kempty Falls Mussoorie ( a very popular hill station of India and am currently working on making the farm into a self sustaining & organic homestay. We dont stay at the cottage all the time as my 12 year old daughter goes to school.
We have a caretaker and a staff of 7 people who help run & manage the homestay. We would like people to be high on integrity , and as such you will be our house guests and we really want you to have fun here. Timings are flexible and we expect that you help like you would do in your homes. You are not expected to serve anything to any person or customer all we want is that you treat this as your own home and help improve where ever you can.

The travellers would get to see , feel and experience Rural life in India yet being very close to the city . They can also exchange info on homesteading etc.

Arbeit
We are looking for warm people who would like to stay with us and help around. We have a team of 7 people at the cottage so the volunteers can help us by meeting / recieving our guests, do a tour of the property etc.
If you know how to cook You could also teach our cooks a few dishes from your countries in case you want to.
If gardening is your passion you could help the gardner or the chicken pen etc.

Unterkunft
A nice large airconditioned room with an attached toilet with toiletries and toilet paper... clean linen a lovely view and a flat screen TV. A very comfortable bed with nice warmers. Food will be on the premises itself and free of charge. Mostly vegetarian or non veg as per choice.
You will pretty much have complete access to the public areas like the lounge & library, the terrace the gardens etc.

The volunteers would have loads to do here...in our location. They could visit the smaller villages around the cottage, see the sights , help with educating the poor villagers and basically help in the over all development of our area. Staying with us in the Himalayas gives a fresh new beautiful view.. the volunteers could in their free time visit a popular tourist destination called the Kempty Falls ( 5 minutes walking distance) or visit Mussoorie a famous hill station ( around 40 minutes by bus or Jeep ) Rishikesh the famous Yoga destination is around 3 hours away.
