Hello beautiful souls,
I hope life’s been kind to you, wherever you are.
I’m Aicha, a North African woman from Tunisia, always drawn to connection, gathering good people, building community and finding meaning in what we create together.
Right now, I’m living and working in a medieval castle by the sea. And honestly… it feels like a dream most days. What I love most is how people arrive and immediately feel at home. There’s something in the energy, maybe the history, the land, the way we welcome people, that makes everything different
And I feel super grateful to be part of that.
As we say here in Tunisia: hamdoulah; thanks to Life, thanks to God.
We currently have a small local team helping us care for the place and our guests
Amine, the owner
Aicha, responsible for coordination and guest relations
Sofien, our gardener
Rinchi, the guardian
Sameh, Leila, and Samia, who take care of cleaning and housekeeping
Abdallah, our handyman who helps with maintenance and various tasks
A warm, welcoming, and well-cared environment for everyone who stays or volunteers with us.
And yes, we share the land with animals too: a horse, a donkey, four peacocks, a dog, a cat, chickens… and we just got a new saddle ;)
And Tunisia…
If you’ve never been here, come with an open heart.
Tunisia is full of contrast, sea and desert, modern and ancient, sacred silence and wild music. But somehow, it all dances together.Arten von Hilfe und Lernmöglichkeiten

Our home isn’t just a guesthouse, it’s a meeting place. A space where stories, cultures, and people from all walks of life cross paths.
Here, you’ll be part of the family. You’ll share meals with us, join local friends and experience the rhythm of Tunisian life, slow, soulful, full of hospitality and unexpected beauty.
You’ll learn about Tunisian history, food, expressions, and values, not from a guidebook, but from living experience. We’re always happy to share our way of life, our language, our stories, and our humor!
In return, we’re also curious. We love hearing about other cultures, seeing how you do things, listening to your stories.
We hope this space can be a real cultural exchange, not just an experience. One where you leave with more than memories, you leave with connection. To the land, to the people and maybe a part of yourself you hadn’t met before.Arbeit
There’s always something growing, changing or being dreamed into life. We’re building slowly, with love and intention and your presence can truly make a difference.
There’s no strict job title here, just a shared rhythm and a lot of care. You might be helping in the garden, supporting events, setting up spaces for guests, painting, decorating, filming content, brainstorming ideas, or just bringing your hands and heart to whatever the day asks. Some days are hands-on and intense, others are more about creativity or presence. We try to feel into what’s needed and flow from there.
If you’re someone who enjoys being part of a living project, who loves nature, storytelling, creating beauty and sharing moments around a table you’ll probably feel at home here.
We especially welcome people who have experience or passion in:
Gardening and landscaping
Natural building or decoration
Supporting with our animals, especially the horse (presence, feeding, walking)
Photography, videography or social media
Hosting guests and setting up beautiful spaces
Music, art, or anything creative you'd love to share
But honestly, more than skills, we’re looking for presence. People who are kind, open, willing to help.Sprachen

We mainly speak Arabic (Tunisian dialect), French and English and we’re happy to practice and learn together. We love language exchange here, it’s a beautiful way to connect and share culture. If you’re learning Arabic or French, you’ll get plenty of chances to practice in real life. And if you want to teach us your language, we’re all ears!Unterkunft
We have a cozy, clean space for you to sleep (shared dorm-style) you’ll have a safe, comfortable place to rest after a day of work and discovery.
When it comes to food, we believe in sharing meals as part of the experience. Most days, we cook together as a small community, simple, fresh, homemade Tunisian dishes made with love. Sometimes, a local cook joins us and brings authentic flavors from the region.
There are also options to eat out nearby or share meals with guests visiting , so there’s always a way to enjoy good food and good company. Was noch ...
