  I live with my teen son in the Mount Pleasant area of Vancouver, Steps away from a coffee shop, across the street from a park with a running track and workout stations.
  2 blocks from a skytrain station, and a 5 min bus ride to the Canada Line.
  5 min bike ride to the seawall, with a Mobi bike share station a block away, and Lime scooter stations are popping up all around us..
  There's street parking available out front or on the side streets (please watch signs for any restrictions).
  
  We have a cat and a dog, they're friendly, the dog would love an extra walk during the day, and the cat likes to lay in your lap when you've put your feet up, but only on her terms.
  
  I have food to share (within limits of course). Son is vegetarian, so i have food to suit any diet. Trying to grow some veggies on my balcony, so if you have a green thumb, maybe we can re-pot some things and move them around for optimal light conditions.

  I like to show visitors around the city, and have some experience with hosting international guests have also done a fair bit of traveling myself.
  
  I have lots of tips on getting around and finding things to do for free to cheap in the city. Can take you out on a bike ride to explore the seawall, and i have an inflatable kayak, so can take you for a paddle in False Creek, maybe see some otters under Science World.
  
  If you like dogs, you can come to the park with us in the morning or evening and watch the puppies play.

  Arbeit

  I'm a single mom, with some physical limitations, chronic pain, am very clumsy and scattered, so things get cluttered quickly. I still need help with unpacking and organizing stuff from our recent move, but also help staying organized on an ongoing basis. So i need someone with a positive, youthful energy, who's self motivated and able to tackle an organization project with little guidance....i know there are people out there that love doing this sort of thing, I used to be one, just can't do it myself anymore.

  Bed in a 2 bedroom apartment, shared bathroom and kitchen.
  I have access to heavily discounted food, and a Costco membership. We can figure out what we'll eat together. Or we can use a food rescue App to get cheap takeaway meals.

  We live in East Vancouver, not too far from downtown, the airport, the beaches and the mountains.

  A van can park in front of the park overnight and there is a public bathroom, though only open during daylight hours. But you can come use my shower and kitchen, if wanting to sleep in your van outside.
