I had a wonderful six weeks on Susan and Doug’s farm. The work was very diverse, and I had a great place to stay. The horses are very friendly, and I really working with them.
Mattie is the friendliest dog I have ever met. I truly miss her.
During our shared dinners, we had many interesting conversations. I wish you all the best.

It was a wonderful stay with you two. I really enjoyed to have all the animals around (horses, cows, cats) and all the long walks with Mattie in the Campbell valley park, it was just fantastic. She is such a lovely dog and can not get enough love and attention.

… read more months with them. The variety of tasks is perfect for all people who did not want to get bored. I loved to drive the Traktor or mower and even if the apple trees were hard to trim, I had a good workout for two days. Helping with the mucking out was a daily task but the horses will greet you in the morning, so how can you say no. And in the afternoon you have time to explore the area or I spent a lot of time puzzling. The 1.000 pice puzzle are the best.
So I want say thank you so much for hosting me and I felt like family member☺️.

Dough showed me how to drive a tractor, took me to a polo game, taught me to ride a horse.
The accommodation is a separate small apartment in the basement with its own kitchen, bathroom and washing machine. There you have the possibility to withdraw.

We had a nice time with Susan & Doug. The little apparent downstairs was really cozy & private. We learned a lot from them, like driving tractor or the lawn mower. They also took us to a Polo game, which was a lot of fun. We worked the hours which were agreed to & still had a lot of time off during the day.
Marvin and Linda have been an awesome team. They approach each job with enthusiasm and really work to do a good job.
