We had three great weeks at Aminda and Teo. We work with Aminda on different stone walls, where she taught us the different technics. We stayed in the house with them, where we had our own spacious room. The lunch was always prepared by Teo, super good, and dinner was by ourselves.
There is a great climbing area super close to the house (20 min
… read more walk), so for climbing people this is a superb spot!
We really enjoyed our stay; it was good company, learning new skills and great climbing!
Aminda’s place is incredible. An authentic. Canarian village house thats been turned into the most amazing artisan space with local natural materials . The stone work is just on another level. A terrace back garden of plants and flowers and bespoke structures, surrounded by a Mountain range that’s just jaw dropping. Aminda is incredibly talented
… read more with fabulous positive creativity. Lots of energy and plays wonderful on the flute. Teo I only met briefly has he had to go away, but he’s a wise soul with a very knowing stillness of presence with a big heart. We have become very genuine warm hearted friends and I know I have another home from home to go to. Thankyou Thankyou Aminda and Teo. I hope we meet up again this year maybe, and we continue to walk the path of kindness .

Having Raymond around was absolutely wonderful. It was a pleasure to work together, we did an incredible dry stone wall, had a lot of fun and shared music and conversation. Raymond is a very skilled worker that keeps the energy high. He did a great job with these big and heavy stones, and also build a wall below the wall, a job for experts. He is

It was nice to have Germaine with us, she learns very quickly and works as hard as needed. She also did great Jobs working independently, as I had to leave the place for a week. She adapts easily to anything.

… read more physical intensive, but rewarding. I helped with the construction of a wall, in the garden, and in the yoga studio. Santa Lucia is a small cute town in the mountains. We spend 20 days on workaway at Aminda and Teo's place. They are wonderfull persons, kind, interesting, and welcoming. We felt excellent there. The place they live in, is also wonderful, beautiful and quiet.
