We are an older couple living on a farm on top of a hill within walking distance of Jimena de la Frontera in Andalucia. We grow almonds and have 4 horses.

I am Australian, my husband is Irish, we have lived for 45 years in Hong Kong and recently retired to Spain. I speak Spanish, French and a little Cantonese and we know the local area in Cadiz and Malaga provinces well.

We urgently need help with the hay crop now in April. Due to the unseasonally high rainfall, we have a problem with weeds which need managing as soon as possible.

The nearest town, Jimena de la Frontera is a 15 minute walk away. There is extensive hiking in the local area, and this region of Andalucia is full of festivals, archaeological sites and places of historical and cultural interest. The climate in April is cool overnight and warm to hot during the day.
