  Good morning.
  My name is Florian and I live in a large village called Bazancourt, very close to the city of Reims.
  After going to live in Montreal and then Cairo with my family to teach there with my partner, we have now returned home.
  However, we miss this life abroad: the exchanges, the culture, the change of scenery, the novelty...
  It is therefore with pleasure that we wish to welcome you to continue this adventure experienced abroad.
  We have a beautiful farmhouse with a master suite dedicated to you.
  Please note that there are four of us at home: my partner Amélie, my son Arthur (11 years old), my daughter Lou-Anne (8 years old) and myself.
  Otherwise everything is present in the town: bakeries, shops, a media library, a performance hall, restaurants, a train station...
  In addition, we are very close to Reims (10 minutes by train), its champagne cellars and its beautiful cathedral.
  And finally Paris and its Eiffel Tower are not very far, less than an hour by train from us.
  I hope to see you soon for beautiful shared moments.

  Bonjour.
  Je m'appelle Florian et j'habite dans un grand village nommé Bazancourt tout proche de la ville de Reims.
  Après être parti vivre à Montréal puis au Caire en famille pour y enseigner avec ma conjointe, nous sommes maintenant rentrés chez nous.
  Cependant cette vie à l'étranger nous manque : les échanges, la culture, le dépaysement, la nouveauté...
  C'est donc avec plaisir que l'on souhaite vous accueillir afin de poursuivre cette aventure vécue à l'étranger.
  Nous disposons d'un beau corps de ferme avec une suite parentale dédiée pour vous.
  A savoir que nous sommes quatre à la maison : ma conjointe Amélie, mon fils Arthur (11 ans), ma fille Lou-Anne (8 ans) et moi-même.
  Sinon tout est présent dans la commune : des boulangeries, des commerces, une médiathèque, une salle de spectacles, des restaurants, une gare...
  De plus nous sommes tout proche de Reims (10 minutes en train), de ses caves de champagne ou encore de sa belle cathédrale.
  Et pour finir Paris et sa tour Eiffel ne sont pas très loin, à moins d'une heure en train de chez nous.
  J'espère à très bientôt pour de beaux moments partagés.

  We love sharing good meals with family and friends.
  The four of us also enjoy playing board games, going on cultural outings or enjoying leisure activities (movies, bike rides, sports, swimming pool, etc.).
  Through our professions, we can help you progress in French (Amélie is a school teacher) or in science (I am a physics chemistry teacher in secondary schools).
  I also have other passions to share: computers, reading, finance and even amateur brewing.
  For our part, we hope to progress in English and learn more about your culture and your habits.
  
  Nous aimons partager de bons repas avec la famille et les amis.
  Nous apprécions aussi jouer aux jeux de société tous les quatre, faire des sorties culturels ou encore profiter d'activités de loisir (film, sortie vélo, sport, piscine...).
  De part nos métiers, nous pouvons vous aider à progresser en français (Amélie est professeur des écoles) ou encore en sciences (je suis professeur de physique chimie dans le secondaire).
  J'ai aussi d'autres passions à partager : l'informatique, la lecture, la finance ou encore le brassage amateur.
  De notre côté, on espère progresser en anglais et en apprendre davantage sur votre culture et vos habitudes.

  We are looking for help with everyday life.
  - make food
  - do housework
  - look after the children
  But above all we would like to share orally so that the whole family can progress in English (and you in French if you wish).
  
  Nous cherchons de l'aide pour la vie de tous les jours.

  - garder les enfants
  Mais surtout on aimerait partager à l'oral afin que toute la famille puisse progresser en anglais (et vous en français si vous le souhaitez).

  Unterkunft

  We offer a suite on the 2nd floor of the house of approximately 30 m² with a double bed, Italian shower and separate toilet.
  A room with sofa and TV is available on the same floor.
  We also have a large garden, a chicken coop and various bicycles.
  The three meals of the day are shared together.
  
  Nous proposons une suite au 2e étage de la maison d'environ 30 m² au sol avec lit double, douche italienne et WC indépendants.
  Une pièce avec canapé et TV est disponible au même étage.
  Nous disposons aussi d'un grand jardin, d'un poulailler et de différents vélos.
  Les trois repas de la journée sont partagés ensembles.

  - free time: possibility of walking in the village, visiting the city of Reims or even participating in local events.
  - for transport: trains (not very expensive subscription), bicycles or buses available.
  - main rules: no invitation of other people to the house, respect for everyone, follow the rhythm of the house (times, meals, activities)
  
  - temps libre : possibilité de se promener dans le village, de visiter la ville de Reims ou encore de participer aux évènements locaux.
  - pour les transports : trains (abonnement pas très cher), vélos ou bus disponibles.
  - principales règles : pas d'invitation d'autres personnes à la maison, respect de chacun, suivre le rythme de la maison (horaires, repas, activités)
