  We are an open-hearted, easygoing couple who truly love sharing our life with people from different cultures. For us, Workaway is not just about help — it’s about connection, exchange, and creating meaningful experiences together.
  
  We live in the beautiful countryside near Lucca, surrounded by nature and peaceful landscapes, but only a few minutes from the historic city center. It’s the perfect balance between quiet country life and the charm of a Tuscan town.
  
  Animals are at the center of our world. We have 4 horses, 3 cats, and 1 dog, and we both work in animal welfare as animal osteopaths.
  
  Help is usually around 4 hours per day, with one full day off per week.
  
  In day, the first task is usually cleaning the paddocks and giving hay to the horses. It’s an important part of the daily routine and a nice way to start the day outdoors. In the remaining time, we will do different activities together depending on the season and daily needs — for example taking care of the vegetable garden, gardening, small maintenance projects, or other practical tasks around the house and land. Every day can be a little different.
  
  Our mornings are often dedicated to our professional work, while afternoons are spent with the horses. There is always something to do — feeding, grooming, training, or simply spending quiet time with them and enjoying their presence.
  
  We also have a small house in the woods where we sometimes go to take care of the land, prepare firewood, and enjoy the silence of nature. It’s a very special place for us.
  
  We usually share meals together, except for a few occasions. For us, cooking and eating together is an important moment of the day — a time to talk, laugh, and exchange experiences.
  
  As accommodation, depending on the period, you may have a small independent apartment or a private room in our house. In any case, you will have your own personal space and privacy.
  
  In our free time, we love going to the beach, to the river, trekking in the mountains, cooking together, and sharing stories around the table. We enjoy simple things and authentic moments.
  
  We would love to host at least two people, preferably for a longer stay (one month or more), so we can really get to know each other and create a true exchange. We are looking for kind, responsible, and animal-loving people who would like to become part of our daily life for a while.

  We are a very open mind couple, we enjoy meet new people and cultures, we love animals, nature and freedom. We live in a very small house in the wood and we are working to make it completely energy self-sufficiency, with solar panels, wood stoves, boiler.. At few km from the house we have a small private horse riding center. We would like bring some horses home, so we need help to finish build paddocks. We have another house in the country side of Lucca, sometimes we sleep there and sometime in the house in the wood, it depends from the season or just where we are working. In both you have your private bedroom. In the house close to Lucca you have your private apartment too. In the free time we like to go to the beach, to the river with the horses, trekking in the mountain, travel with the van and meet new people. We are an open relationship couple. We would like to host at least two person better for a long period as one mount. If you would like to know more about as, we can have a videocall or send you more pics or videos.   Unterkunft

  We can host you in your private bedroom. Usually we eat all together, but Just sometimes you could be alone but we let you everything in the fridge. Usually we don't eat meat, fish, egg or cheese. We are not vegan but very close to it.

  Was noch ...

  In your time off you can visit the cities, Lucca is just few kilometres, and other cities like Florence, Pisa are simple to go with bus or trains. Close to the house there Is a beautiful river with clean water and wild coast. The sea is 30 minutes with train. There are beautiful trekking in the heels near home.
