Help with collaborative house projects in Umbria, Italy

  Greetings.Well I up and left New Mexico and moved to Italy! I've found a lovely old stone house in a small town in Umbria, between Terni and Todi in Morruzze. I need help in getting it ready to move into, and moving (I have artwork but hardly any furniture to move). There's nothing major it needs but it does need all kinds of little things, like shelves in the kitchen or moving things around, some gardening and maybe assembling a shed.The staircase is a spiral and I"m hoping to enlarge it as it's tight. I'd like to start doing things around the 15th of September.....There's a perfectly liveable bedroom for a couple on the second floor. I'll be moving beginning of October. A fair amount of toing and froing from where I'm renting will be needed. That's about 45 minutes away.
  Todi is a very fun town, about 25 minutes away.I'm not yet familiar with Terni. There are lots of small towns in the area, a cafe and restaurant and a small grocery store about a mile away.
  As I won't be staying at the house in September I would provide food but not necessarily prepare dinner.Ideally I would like a couple for two weeks. There are things that need two people that I can't do. A car is necessary and I'd provide gas money of course for the toing and froing.
  I'm a painter and happy to share knowledge, but I don't know how much painting I'll be doing.

  As an artist, I would be happy to share my knowledge. The area is fantastically beautiful and there is much to explore. Umbrian hill towns galore. Rome is just an hour and a half away (a drive to Terni and then the train to Rome) Orvieto and Perugia are quite near as well.

  Arbeit

  Shelves in the kitchen are needed and furniture needs moving around and getting some more furniture (the house is semi furnished). the garden needs some help and I"m hoping to get a shed in that will need assembling (not sure whether the seller would do that). I need to paint the kitchen walls at least.I'd love to have a few raised beds but it might be premature to think about that.I really do want a couple or two people as there's a lot of lifting that two people would need to do. My belongings from the states will need bringing from where I rent (the bulk of which is artwork). Change change change. oh and I'm 75!

  There's a bedroom and bathroom on the second floor. Basically the second floor would be yours. I'll provide food or cooked meals.

  I wake fairly early but would prefer not to be social for an hour or so in the morning when I like to read and meditate for a while.
  I was imagining doing the work in the morning with afternoons free, but should you want to do an overnight campout or small trip, I can be flexible.
  I am a vegetarian, as is my cooking! But I have no objection if you want to bring your own meat. I'll provide food or cooked meals.
  I have a dog, so a pet would need to be discussed.
  A car is necessary.

  The pet issue is under discussion, depending on your pet.I have a dog who loves to play. I don't though have a fenced in area for your pet so you would have to keep an eagle eye.

  Gus

  Gus is a nine year old blue heeler border collie mix. He loves to play but can also be mellow. Very affectionate, though occasionally reactive to other dogs, though that is not the norm.
