  I live on a rural property, in a clearing in the woods, on a small hill called Puig de Sant Miquel, in Montuïri, Mallorca. I live in a caravan with a bathroom and a clay oven. My idea is to follow an alternative path of bioconstruction, and now I want to maintain the bathroom. I already have knowledge and experience in these sustainable ways of living and creating, and I'm looking for people with whom I can share, teach, and learn from each other. I offer space to stay in a tent in beautiful areas of the property or inside the caravan if preferred. The idea is also to enjoy my 5 Rhythms gatherings (a conscious free dance I'm currently training in), regular jam sessions with neighbors, and excursions to beautiful, little-known places on the island (there are few, but some still remain!). I also offer a language exchange, as I want to practice my English and can help with Spanish and Catalan. Since I also want to travel, I need someone trustworthy and loving with animals to take care of my furry family (a German Shepherd/Belgian Shepherd mix and four cats) while I travel (not much at the moment because I work, only during my holidays, until November when my contract ends). What I love most about my place is that it's a peaceful, natural, open haven with views of Puig de Randa mountain, surrounded by forest, and quiet. It's well-located in the heart of the island, a 10-minute drive from town. I also have neighbors who share this way of life; we get together to share, tend our garden, and enjoy music.
  
  Vivo en una finca rural, en un claro de bosque, en una pequeña colina llamada Puig de Sant Miquel, en Montuïri, Mallorca. Vivo en una caravana, con baño y horno de barro. Mi idea es seguir un camino alternativo de bioconstrucción, ahora quiero hacer el mantenimiento del baño. Yo ya tengo conocimientos y experiencia en estas vias sustentables de vivir y crear, y busco personas con las que pueda compartir, enseñar y aprender mutuamente. Ofrezco un espacio para alojarse en tienda de campaña en bellos espacios de la finca o dentro de la caravana si se prefiere. La idea también es poder disfrutar con las personas llegadas mis encuentros de 5 ritmos (danza libre consciente en la que me estoy formando), encuentros regulares de jam's sessions con vecin@s, excursiones a lugares bellísimos de la isla poco conocidos y explorados por los turistas (pocos però alguno queda!). Ofrezco también un intercambio lingüístico, pues deseo practicar mi inglés y puedo ayudar a practicar el castellano y catalán.
  Además como también quiero viajar necesito que alguien de confianza y amoroso con los animales cuide mi familia peluda (una perra mezcla pastor alemán y belga y 4 gatos) mientras yo también viajo (de momento no mucho porque trabajo, solo en mis vacaciones, hasta el mes de noviembre que termino un contrato).
  Lo que mas me gusta de mi lugar es que es un rincón de paz, natural, abierto, con vistas a la montaña del Puig de Randa, rodeado de bosque, silencioso. Bien situado en el corazón de la isla, a 10 minutos en coche del pueblo. Además tengo unos vecinos que conectan con esta forma de vivir, juntándonos para compartir, cultivar nuestro huerto y disfrutar con la música.

  Kultureller Austausch und Lernmöglichkeiten

  In Mallorca, we have our own language, Catalan, which I can teach if you'd like. We can also go on nature and cultural excursions around the island. There are other neighbors in the area with whom we could have music jam sessions. I practice creative dance and five rhythms, which I'm currently training in, and we could participate together in these creative spaces and connect with others. It would be great for me to improve my English, and since I'm curious and culturally open, discovering new foods, music, and so on also appeals to me. It's like traveling while staying at home.
  
  En Mallorca tenemos una lengua propia, el catalán, que si se quiere puedo enseñar. Además podemos hacer excursiones naturales y culturales por la isla. En la zona contamos con mas vecinos para hacer jam's de música. Yo pactico danza creativa y 5 ritmos, con la que me estoy formando y podriamos participar juntos de estos espacios de creatividad y connexión con otras personas. Me iría bien mejorar mi inglés y como soy curiosa y abierta culturalmente, conocer nuevas comidas, músicas, etc...también me atrae. Como viajar estando en casa.

  Farm maintenance, natural building projects, carpentry, caravan maintenance, gardening. Looking after my animals while I travel. My idea is to create, teach, and learn alongside visitors. If someone enjoys cooking, that can also be part of the exchange.
  
  Cuidado de la finca, proyectos de bioconstrucción, carpinteria, matenimiento de la carvana, jardin. Cuidado de mis animales en mis viajes. Mi idea es poder crear, enseñar y aprender junto con los visitantes. Si a la persona le gusta cocinar eso también puede formar parte del intercambio.

  Unterkunft

  The caravan has a kitchen, a bed, and a small bathroom. Attached to the caravan is an awning, an enclosed space with a stove, sofa, and refrigerator—like a small living room. The property is large, approximately 1500 m2, and includes a shaded area and a deck with views of Randa, the hill opposite. I can also set up a tent if we need more personal space. The best months to visit are from March to November, as the weather is more pleasant for being outdoors. Regarding meals, I prefer that the person spend fewer hours helping out on the property so I don't have to prepare them every day. In fact, if the person also cooks for me, it could be an exchange.
  
  En la caravana hay cocina, cama disponbile , pequeño aseo. Anexo a la caravana, el avance, es un espacio cerrado con estufa, sofá, nevera.. Como un pequeño salón de estar. La finca es grande, de 1500 m2 aprox, cuenta con zona resguardada del sol y una tarima con vistas a Randa, la colina que hay enfrente. También puedo poner una tienda de campaña por si necesitamos mayor espacio personal. En este aspecto los mejores meses para venir son de marzo a noviembre, ya que el tiempo acompaña mas para estar al aire libre. A nivel de comida, prefiero que la persona tenga menos horas de colaboración en la finca y así no tener la responsabilidad de preparar-la yo cada día, de hecho si la persona cocina también para mi, podría ser también un intercambio.
