  Hello everyone! My name is Day. We need help in our charming hostel. Panama City is located in the heart of Panama City, close to restaurants, supermarkets, shops and other places of interest.
  We are looking for volunteers who identify with art and culture and are willing to support us with different kinds of tasks.
  We also have a hostel in El Valle de Anton and Santa Catalina and we invite you to be part of the community.
  
  *IMPORTANT*
  The minimum stay is 2 weeks, maximum stay is 1 month.

  As we are located in the center of the city, you will experience the fast and exciting life in the capital of Panama and learn more about our history and culture. Of course we can also teach spanish.

  Arbeit

  As a volunteer you will complete some of the following tasks:
  
  - Musicians, dancers, digital producers, photographers are welcome to use their talent to help us.
  - Art and painting: If you are an experienced painter or artist, feel free to share your talent and help us improve our shelter.
  - Construction and maintenance: We are currently renovating and need help from volunteers who have some experience in that area, we are also building furniture with recyclable materials such as wooden pallets, etc.
  - Gardening: If you have a green thumb you are welcome to take care of our garden!
  - English teachers for our staff.
  -Entertainment: We would like to offer guests activities to create a social atmosphere. You can be very creative here.
  -Yoga: You don't have to be a professional yoga teacher, so it is enough if you like to do yoga to give guests some yoga lessons.
  -Changing and folding sheets: if the hostel is very busy, you may need to help change the beds after check-out and prepare them for new guests.

  Unterkunft

  We offer you a bed in the dorm, free breakfast, 1 laundry per week, a towel and wifi. Moreover, we have a pool, yoga terrace and you can use our kitchen to prepare your meals.

  Was noch ...

  In your free time, you can explore the city by foot or take buses, the subway or taxis. In the area you will find bars, restaurants, discotheques, cafés and a great mall to buy everything you can imagine (and fit in your bag;)). Also, the old town with its beautiful architecture and many museums is not far away.
