Hey people,
My place is called Kodad, which is around 180km from Hyderabad in southern part of India. We have a kindergarten in my home town. We have 55 beautiful and curious kids currently. In our kindergarten, we currently employ 6 teachers (Including the administrator) and two helpers. Only for Nursery they have a mother teacher. For all the other classes, each subject is taught by a different teacher. Each teacher also deals with different arts in which they are interested, like dance, drawing etc.
You can explore the country side of India in my place and different cultures and traditions in this region.
Also it's a great place to enjoy wide variety of tasty and spicy food (south Indian cuisine). It's tastes so unique.
We are also starting a farm soon to integrate nature based education and farming into education.
I beleive in permaculture (care for earth and care for people). We live like a community with our teachers. There is enough space for you to join😉.
We can't wait to host you.
We will always be there to help you out in exploring our nearby places.
I spend 2 years in Germany and I have travelled for sometime using world packers , so I like this idea of staying at a local host to understand the place better.

I beleive diversity is the key for sustainability of any place. We have teacher's from Kerala and other regions. You can get a lot of exposure to our culture and traditions. We will consider you like our family member during your stay and also give you the privacy wherever required.
This region is especially famous for paddy fields and mango farms, therefore lot of greenary around!
I am hoping to learn about different cultures and their teaching methods for kids, also about arts and agriculture!

Arbeit
no experience at all with teaching perfectly fine for us (but interested with teaching; spending time with kids ), you are welcome.
We require help with our small kitchen garden, also we are building a big school, so we have lot of tasks there to do , like setting up the laboratories, building mechanical and carpentary workshops, designing our craft and music rooms. Most of all, spending time with the kids ( from kindergarten to grade 8), learning along with them.
Commitment to work is a must!
There is lot of scope to learn along for you and everyone around you!

We offer a room in our home, where 2 people can comfortably sleep on the bed, with attached washroom.
Also the home is very hygienic!
we provide Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner from our home kitchen.

You can visit lot of places near by like rivers and temples, but mostly we can come along with you to show the places around, as we are also mostly free on weekends!
No smoking or drinking inside the boundary of the home.
