Hi, I am Marijn. I'm 19 years old and just finished highschool. I love everything in the mountains, skiing, climbing, mountaineering or just hiking. I'm looking forward to spending a gap year doing al these activities as much as I can. When I'm not doing those things I like to read, learn new skills or build legos . I also like playing both board and video games and I like to watch movies and play the piano. I also like skill fidgets like a rubix cube or a balisong trainer and I once learned all the countries and capitals of the world for fun. I am afraid I dont have many normal/flattering pictures of myself since I am usually the one taking the pictures or we are just making funny foto's. (Note, I had long hair for many years but decided to cut it short last christmas. The pictures with long hair are all before december 2025) I climb indoors althouth I'm still a beginner/intermidiate, I climb 6b flash toprope and project 6c trying to get to 7a. I can save myself on groomers with ski's but big steep moguls still need some work, id like to get started with freeriding and skitouring. Id love to go skiing or climbing together or any mountain adventure really. I can teach you how to solve a rubixcube and maybe a couple of tricks with a balisong trainer. This summer I'm looking to improve my outdoor climbing and mountaineering. This winter I want to improve my skiing and I want to get started with Ice climbing and tourskiing, maybe drytooling/mixed climbing aswell. I am fluent in Englisch (Camebridge C1) and a native dutch speaker, I can understand spoken German but I can't realy speak it myself. I am not a smoker or a drinker, I've only used alcohol a couple of times and I do not intend to make that much more. I will probably have my drivers lisence by september. I look forward to meeting you :)
