    Description

    Hello workawayers around the world!

URGENTLY NEED HELPERS FOR DECEMBER. :)

We run a summer camp and after school club for the children of Coyhaique and the surrounding areas so we are looking for people with great leadership skills that are good with kids. We want to teach the children new skills like mountain biking, fishing, climbing and other adventure activities so it would be a great help if you had experience in activities like these.

We also run a small adventure tourism business that we are working on improving the online image for, so we are also looking for photographers and video makers to help us make good quality images and videos. We want to make Tourism an industry that is working towards a more sustainable future that will protect the nature, culture and people of Patagonia.

Our house is in the middle of Coyhaique city, but you can go out exploring with the tourism business in the surrounding area.

    Thank you for your time!

    Cultural exchange and learning opportunities

Get to know culture and enjoy the beauty of the surrounding areas. We have been working in the tourism industry for many years and have very good knowledge of Patagonia so we can help with trip planning and recommend some of the less well known areas of Patagonia that are great to visit. We speak Spanish and English so also an opportunity to practice your Spanish if needed.

  • What else ...

    What else ...

Coyhaique is a treasure trove of adventure activities, and there are many opportunities to hike, mountain bike, raft, kayak, etc. We have a great knowledge of the surrounding area and can also give you ideas of where else you should travel in Patagonia.

We live in a sustainable and friendly fashion, and we expect our volunteers to be enthusiastic, self-starting individuals who care about the world around them. This is a family setting, so guests are expected to be considerate of small children's needs and conduct themselves with concern for the trust, safety and comfort of others - for example, no excessive drinking in our spaces and any guests must be introduced to the hosts.
