  I'm just a regular Mexican gay guy who lives in the Caribbean since 2019. I did WorkAway in Italy for three months; I was hosted by a family and I had to tech English and Spanish to their kids. This is the first time I do it as a host .
  Playa del Carmen is one of the most popular destinations in Mexico , so you will find something to visit everyday. If you like archeology, history, beach, snorkeling and beautiful landscapes you will love this region.

  If you want to learn Spanish I can definitely help you with your that. We can do part time German /French and part time Spanish.
  Playa del Carmen is a very multicultural city that has music festivals, events, and outdoors activities, you will be able to meet people from everywhere .
  If you are open to , we can create a weekly conversational meeting so other people can practice their French /German and you can practice your Spanish.
  Most of the time I’m at work, so you will have lot of time on your own, however , I expect a nice conversation everyday.
  Because of work , I will be able to take twice per month to some of the most popular excursions of the region; Chichén Itzá , Cenotes , Tulum, Theme Parks , Islands and stuff .

  I’m excursion promotor and I have to speak in 4 different languages everyday at work, therefore ,I’m looking for a person who can help me to improve my lingual skills .
  I speak fluent English , Spanish and Italian and I would love to improve my French , which is intermediate, or my German which is basic.
  All I ask is a regular conversation in order to improve my speaking and listening skills. You must be a native speaker of any of these languages, French or German .
  I will require also some basic help with the chores in the apartment once or twice per week. Basic stuff like grooming , mopping or laundry.

  Accommodation

  I live in a three bedroom apartment. You will have your own bedroom that is well equipped; comfortable bed , pillows , tv, fan , ac and a nice view to the garden.
  You will have to share the bathroom with another person.
  You are free to use the kitchen and all the common areas. The neighborhood has also a general pool and gym that you are free to use as well.
  I live in the suburbs , not the city center , please have this in mind . Getting to the city center is 25 minutes by public transport (0.50 ¢ USD ) , 30 by bike , and 15 minutes by taxi (05 USD).
  I have a bike and a scooter that you can use only if you have a drivers license and you promise to be responsible .
  
  I’m only requesting 2 hours per day /5 days a week of conversational exchange .
  Since I never cook in the house I prefer guests be in charge of their own food . I have a full functional kitchen for them.
  
  Part of the deal is to take my guest to an excursion twice per month for free. Excursions here goes from 100 to 200 usd , so it’s a nice benefit they will have .

  What else ...

  I never cook in the house but you are totally free to do so. I wish I could offer meals during your stay but it would be really hard for me to know what kind of food you feel comfortable with , so I prefer that’s on you.
