Hi! I'm new to workaway but really looking forward to the experience :)
I'm Lena, 26 years old and from the southern part of Germany. I'll be taking 3 months off from work due to overtime and would like to spend the time in South America to work on my Spanish skills, meet new people and spend some time in nature. I'm hardworking, easygoing, like to read, spend time with animals or in nature.

Soy Lena, tengo 26 años y soy del sur de Alemania. Voy a tomarme 3 meses libres de mi trabajo y me gustaría pasar el tiempo en América del Sur para mejorar mi español, conocer gente nueva y pasar algún tiempo en la naturaleza. Soy trabajadora, tranquila, me gusta leer, pasar tiempo con animales o en la naturaleza.

I grew up around animals (my family owns a small farm) and I'm good with kids (experience in babysitting, tutoring, sports classes).
I speak German and English fluently. A few years ago I spoke Spanish fluently as well, but I didn't speak Spanish for some years and would like to refresh it.
I'm hardworking, good with tools and very willing to learn. If you show me something new I learn quickly.
I work in eventmanagement at the Bavarian Football Association, have experience in catering and dealing with customers.

Crecí alrededor de animales (mi familia tiene una pequeña granja) y soy bueno con los niños (tengo experiencia en el cuidado de niños, clases particulares, clases de deportes).
Hablo alemán e inglés con fluidez. Hace unos años también hablaba español con fluidez, pero hace algunos años que no hablo español y me gustaría refrescarlo.
Soy trabajadora, buena con las herramientas y muy dispuesta a aprender. Si me enseñas algo nuevo aprendo rápido.
Trabajo en organización de eventos en la Federación Baviera de Fútbol, tengo experiencia en catering y trato con clientes.
