Description
My name is Rafael and i am still working hard into make my dream come true; my own small lodging facility that includes a small dryforest reforestation action. We have work with some volunteers now and we are close to finish the third bungalow, some DIY projects ongoing always, Plants and trees are growing, so gardencare and landscaping work is needed. I am able to recieve volunteers in these first steps and give them a good lodging facility. We are located 1.5 km away from Lobitos Town (18min walk), in front of Baterias Beach, desert lifestyle with Ocean view, perfect sunsets, uncrowded beach and waves everyday is the mayor attraction of the unique location. The ecobungalow is solar powered and we get water from a local supplier by truck (no pipelines in the desert) Myself, i work at nights at a local restaurant, im a experienced hotel manager with marketing and operations expertise. I am a natural surfer that loves nature contemplation.

Local comunity is basicly a fishermen town, also some locals have become great surfers and others work in the oil companie. You could learn a lot of their way of life and also interact with them. Also is a great surf destination so you can learn to surf with us,.fishing activities and horse tours available by local operators. People around town are very friendly and want to mingle, party and have fun.
Help
Mainly gardening tasks and walking Wilson 2 times per day (1hour in the morning) (30 to 45 min in the afternoon). Hanging around and organizing and cleaning tasks. Help at the house with projects is 4 to 5 hours a day, depending on the tasks and for 5 days a week. From time to time we organize some parties at the house. Plenty of time to surf and relax.
