Hello Everyone :)
Hey My name is Saiju.....,
I am running a home stay in alleppey .I have 4 rooms here and one houseboat as well. I am in the business for the last 10 years . I mostly host international travellers in my house. I like to meet different people and to know their culture. I am happy and passionate about my job. I practice yoga and meditation.
I do yoga sometimes, and I want to be much better at it than I am. I had actually thought about taking some yoga courses at one point,
Please only write to me if you are absolutely sure you can come. If you are not yet in India I ask you to wait until you are before you write to confirm. This is because many people come here and their plans completely change but it means other volunteers lose out. If you send me a message and change your mind, please also write to me again and let me know, it helps me out a lot, thank you :)

we have 4 rooms here. mostly my place is occupied with guests. Your assistance is required in cleaning the rooms when the guest check out. Also people who know gardening will be preferred. Yoga teachers are welcome.

We will provide 3 meals a day ( brake fast , lunch, dinner ). You get beds with mosquitonets here and also you can use my computer and WiFi which will be free. You can also use our kitchen.

I prefer to have young people to work with me. The beach and back waters are the local attraction here in Alleppey. Beach is just 15 mins walk from the house and the backwaters 5 minutes. You can do a canoe trip or a house boat trip to explore back waters. If you need any other information feel free to ask.

i was volunteering in breakfast village with Saiju and the other boys, it was a wonderful experience, Allepey has a lot to offer and you help them but still have time to visit around or chill at the beach! i would recommend it 100%!!

Kurumi is so helpful in cafe and garden. Whatever the task we are assigned she completes without any hesitation. She worked & stayed as one amongst us for 2 weeks. We recommend Kurumi for other hosts.

Saiju has been a great host, making me feel welcome and included as soon as I arrived. His friends were lovely and I really enjoyed hanging out with all of them. There was not a lot of work to do at the time which allowed me to work on my projects, enjoy some activities and hang out at the beach. Thank you Saiju for this lovely week in Allepey!

We spend there a few days but we didn’t need a lot for feel like home. Saiju is very kind and makes all is in his hands to make you feel comfortable there. We enjoyed the time we help in the hostel and we paint some things of the garden.And also the moments we share in family eating all together, playing ukelele or just talking.

I spent a week in Alleppey at saiju’s homestay, he is a very welcoming and generous host and his group of friends was really friendly. We spent a lot of time chilling at the beach and around the property, there was not much work to do at the time I was there, just a bit of cleaning around the house. Yes. This workaway is a good one. Saiju is such a great host, super friendly and easy going. The work here is simple and will be done by lunchtime latest. Saiju was an excellent host! We stayed just over a week with him in Alleppey. We helped to clean the rooms, paint the walls outside and talk to guests. The work was fun and easy, but the company was the best part of it! Saiju, Jaison and Pearli were my new family and I can't wait to go back and finish my design on the "Biscuit" doghouse :)
