Hi! We are three friends living in Haugesund, in the western part of Norway. We work from home as online teachers and enjoy the beautiful nature in this area with our two German Shorthaired-Pointers. Sigurd (41) is Norwegian, Erik (34) is American and Andrés (41) is Spanish.

We speak Norwegian, English and Spanish. You will be integrated in Norwegian life and enjoy the relaxed atmosphere as well as the nearby nature. We have a cabin in the mountains (1h 45 m driving from our home) so you will spend a lot of time there. You will experience an amazing mix of nature, this corner of Norway has stunning mountains, fjords, waterfalls, glaciers and also beautiful coastal landscapes. We are easy-going and social, usually spending a lot of our free time outside or in the mountains. In the evenings we like hanging out together talking or watching series. You can also visit Bergen, Stavanger and many other interesting sites in this part of Norway.
Help
We are looking for someone that likes dogs and outdoor-life and who could help us take the dogs to the hills twice a day and also help out around the house and with daily errands. You need to be able to hike in the mountains and take care of two big dogs (36 kg each).

Accommodation
Own bedroom. Other areas shared with hosts. Our home is four km from the center of Haugesund, and there are frequent buses. Volunteer can use our car when available. We will of course pick you up at the airport in Haugesund or at the bus station when you arrive.
