Description
My name is Kiko and I am 36. I live with my wife and kids in Saparevo, Bulgaria where we turned our family house into a dream home. After we renovated and started renting the house, we bought a couple more properties in the village and now working on them actively. We are looking toward creating a small community of young and driven people who raise their kids with joy and in accordance with the laws of nature.

Apart from learning some Bulgarian and exploring traditional Bulgarian cuisine, travellers will be able to explore the beautiful sides of Rila Mountain - The Seven Rila lakes, Rila monastery, famous thermal springs in Sapareva banya, several beautiful waterfalls, many forest paths leading to incredible mountain views.
For travelers who enjoy winter sports, Skiing and Snowboarding will be one of the best options from December to April with numerous ski resorts around. During the warmer months one can enjoy a traditional life in a small village side, where people still grow up their own food and prepare their own alcohol.

Help
You are welcome to be our guests in Saparevo, Bulgaria. We already have a couple of properties in the village and taking care of all of them takes time. Your help will be much appreciated.
Yearlong we have some small maintenance projects (renovating old furniture, fixing broken stuff, taking care of the swimming pool, giving fresh look to some parts of the houses, building up new features and more. During spring and summer, there are a lot of tasks in the backyards and in the veggie garden.
We would highly appreciate workawayers giving English lessons to our 7 years old boy and baby-sitting our 2 year old.

Accommodation
Workawayers usually live in a private room with a bathroom in the main house. We always take a good care of our guests and if the main house is busy due to a reservation, we will provide a comfortable alternative.
We love sharing our culture with others, so we live in Saparevo as a family. We always provide foodstuffs and we take care of each other. We cook and share our cousinе and are always happy to try and learn some foreign ways.

We could be your personal guide when exploring the mountain and Bulgaria as a whole. We always provide several options according to guests' interests. We often take them on daily tours around the area.
