Update August 5: We have a place available starting today for the rest of the month.
ask us for the number- Call or text David for quick response, or send a message here for slow response.

After taking a break for the pandemic, we are ready to star welcoming Workawayers again right now

Come join our family in the beautiful city of Baie-Saint-Paul. We hope you will learn all aspects of running a B&B, including cleaning, accounting, marketing, customer service, renovations gardening, working in a team and more. The things you learn you will be able to apply in future projects you may have. We love art projects and are always willing to do something fun.

In exchange for your help, lodging with breakfast/lunch/dinner in provided. Also any tips recieved are split between everyone who helps out.

You will be lodged either in the chalet in the garden near the river or in a guest room during low season. The Chalet can welcome up-to 3 workawayers at a time (it is kind of dormitory style where each person has their own dedicated area). A couple could also stay here. There is free high-speed wifi available through-out the property. There are kayaks available in the summer months and you are welcome to go swimming if you'd like.

The summer months we'll go explore the area and we'll go to some hidden spots in the mountains to go swimming.

With the cost of the food and accommodation we reach at least the minimum wage for Quebec and any tips left by travellers is split between helpers.

Benoît 2 the family dog is always happy to meet new friends. Happy to start reconnecting with the world.

    Very LGBTQ friendly!

    We have places available.

UPDATE: We are receiving many many messages and are having trouble responding to everyone.
Please excuse me for slow responses.

    Cultural exchange and learning opportunities

Very often we visit different mountains and hike or rock climb. You'll have plenty of free time to visit the city (everything is within walking distance), but the best is when we do activities in a group. Just the fact that we are all from different countries, we get to discover each other while we discover the city of Baie-Saint-Paul.

The old summer kitchen was moved to the back of the garden around 1950. We've been slowly fixing it up and making it a nice place for helpers. We just added highspeed wifi!

There's tons of things to do in Baie-Saint-Paul, as this is a tourist town. There is something for everyone! So, go discover the region. I'm really flexible, so any help is good for me.
