    Description

I enjoy the company of others especially people passing through from other countries. I have recently relocated to a coastal area and live in a beautiful residential location with farm lands on both sides of the surrounding area. I am presently renovation the property, so need help with gardens and pet minding while I’m away on short trips, in turn I provide accommodation and meals while on the property, outings and meals out are to your own expense to cover. However I always take my new visitors out to the local pub for an Australian beer.

I am a local artist, studying to improve my skills and help on the property is great and so is company here on the farm.

Bolwarra Heights is just a few kilometers north of Maitland, there are many historical sights to see, rivers to investigate and nature walks to experience. I am located 35 minutes from the city of Newcastle and a national airport for easy access to flights around the country.

If you enjoy learning things related renovations, house keeping, cooking and learning English art, this is a place to put on your list.

    Sorry no smokers.

There is lot to do and see in the Blayney area. Blayney is located 36Klms from Bathurst which has a population of 36k it is also where they host the Mount Panorama Car Racing in October each year. They is a daily train to Sydney at 6.am in the morning and returns to Bathurst in the evening. Blayney has a populations of 3000, it consists of a number of small villages which is part of the Blayney Shire area.

Orange is also only 36k from Blayney in the opposite direction to Bathurst. It also has a population of around 36k. It has seasonal work for stone fruits and grapes, there are lots of world known wineries in the Orange region.

There is also a rail link to Dubbo from Orange. Volunteers who I have had here in the past have also enjoyed their stay and plan to come back in the future. I live a quite life here on my property with my two cats and my Italian Greyhounds, so if you have any allergies be sure to bring something to cover that.
