    Description

I am a twenty two years old Tanzanian girl, who was born, grew up and studied in a very poor community where children, women and youth are suffering to reach a better future. Recently I have managed to register my non profit organization and currently we are running different projects in order to try to help the community where I grew up. A short time ago I opened a nursery school and by now we have ninety one kids. Also we have a sports program in collaboration with a public Tanzanian Secondary School and together we give young people aged between twelve to seventeen the opportunity to play different sports after school, such as soccer, netball, basket ball, volley ball and table tennis.

Until now we have succeeded to give all of our kids their uniforms for free an we are about to complete our play ground. We are located in Arusha district which is just ten minutes from the City Center and twenty minutes by walk to Meru Forest.

    OUR PROJECTS

    CURRENTLY OPERATIONAL

    1: SPORT PROGRAM
We have a soccer, a volleyball, a netball, a basketball and a tennis team and we also have a net ball play ground. Currently we are recruiting girls in order to form a netball team, which will be participating in different tournaments inside and outside of the country.

    2: EDUCATION PROGRAM
We have a nursery school and a daycare center, where we accommodate ninety children from the age of two to six and we teach them Swahili and basic English.

    FUTURE PROGRAMS

    1: MUSIC PROGRAM
African people love music and it is very important to our culture. We love singing, dancing and playing instruments. Soon inside our school we will be opening a music department where we want to teach our kids the beauty of our traditional Bantu music.

    2: WOMEN EMPOWERMENT
In Africa there are a lot of single mothers and most of the time they have several children. Often these women are not going to work, because they have look after their kids. After opening our nursery school, they now have the opportunity to leave their kids with us and doing so, they have more free time. Soon we will be opening a free course where we will be trying to teach them how to start a small business to run their lives.

Unity is strength, so we would be more than happy to host people from different nations, because their different life experiences could be inspirational for our local community.

Our organization is close to the main National Parks, where you will be able to enjoy your free time. Tanzania is one of the most beautiful countries, which has beautiful and charming people, therefore we will have the opportunity to share our knowledge and we are always happy to meet different people from all around the world. During your stay in Tanzania with us you will have the chance to learn how to cook traditional food as well as to learn the Swahili language.

We are Maasai People and we will love to share our traditional knowledge with you while you are staying with us in Tanzania. In our organization we have domestic animals like cows, goats, pigs and chicken which we are domesticating for our live.
In addition to that Arusha offers a vibrant night life with a mix of western and African clubs and restaurants.

    Regarding ;

    1: EDUCATION PROGRAM
We are looking for anyone who loves kids and you don't have to be an English teacher because they are only learning the basics. What our kids need more is someone who knows how to give them a true smile.

    2. SPORT PROGRAM
Our sport structures are very simple, but they are immersed in a beautiful green environment. What we are looking for,is someone who has experience in sports, so he/she can share his/her experience with our guys/girls.

    3. MUSIC PROGRAM
In order to start our music department as soon as possible we are looking for people who love singing, dancing, and playing Instruments, so they can help us to start this awe-inspiring program.

    4.WOMEN EMPOWERMENT
Now many women are bringing their kids to our school and doing so they have more free time. Therefore we are looking for someone who would advice them how to start a small business.

Like I mentioned before technical experience is not so much a must, what we really need is someone who will definitely love our kids as well as our community.
