    Description

We are a developing, eco friendly backpackers in rural Transkei. We can accomodate 35-40 people. We have a large vegetable garden, 20 free range hens and many exciting projects lined up. We have a small restaurant and bar area with the most awesome sea and river views from the deck. We offer yoga, sports massage, surf lessons and fishing charters.

Our location is about 300m as the crow flies and 900m walk to the stunning beach, awesome surf (WORLD CLASS WAVES) and great fishing. Kayaking up the river, as well as hiking, is a must and will be arranged for volunteers.

This is the perfect place to relax, learn and explore. We focus on a very sustainable and community based way of life. We are totally immersed in the heart of the community, so a rural and authentic African experience is guaranteed.
