Hi. I am an adventurer and have done numerous jobs including : Army medic, Back packer Tour operator and guide in Australia's Outback, an English teacher in Cambodia for 2 years,China 4 years and Sri Lanka for 10 months.I went back again and came up with an idea to help a family to build a small business that provided camping huts and facilities. Google: "Homestay Camping Anuradhapura Sri Lanka" to see the results. I am also a kite maker and travel to schools and teach kite making, in remote areas of Australia . For fun I have a sailing kayak (Hobie Island) and sail to uninhabited islands where I camp for up to 3 weeks. I volunteer for BlazeAid, helping farmers rebuild fences and buildings after major natural disaster.

I have vast experience teaching English 8 years as a second Language. I very experienced in teaching Phonics and love teaching anyone who can't speak read or write English. I have been teaching in China,Cambodia and Sri Lanka. I make learning Fun for every one. I'm currently teaching English in Xela and learning Spanish.

My main aim for joining workaway is to experience the life style and culture of the places I visit and to share mine. I prefer to stay for at least 3 weeks in any one place so I can get to make friends and understand the culture.
