We both grew up in Colombia, with a Lithuanian (Marcela)/ Spanish (Juan) heritage, and have been fortunate enough to travel to different places- which we have always enjoyed. We believe interacting with other people, food, culture and animals is a way to grow, so we enjoy learning different things, and constantly expanding our comfort zone...

Quais são suas habilidades?

Marcela:
I grew up in a farm, surrounded by plants (and different crops) and animals, so I might not be an expert, but I did learn a couple of skills... I consider myself a curious person that enjoys a challenge- whether in work or play.
I studied product design, I had a pottery studio, and I have designed different restaurants for a living. I have also owned and worked in a couple other restaurants, giving me plenty of useful skills in FOH and BOH.
