I'm 18 years old and graduated from high school last year. I've been working for the past few months to now finally make my dream of visiting and experiencing Canada come true.

Quelles sont vos compétences ?

I’ve been working in an italian restaurant for over two years now where my main duties are greeting the guests, taking orders, preparing drinks, serving the guests and doing some small tasks in the kitchen. I’ve also managed to gain some bartending experiences while working at the restaurant and bartending at work parties.

For the past six months I have also worked in a warehouse which made me get used to being on my feet the whole day and doing physical labor.

While I was still in school I volunteered in a year seven sports class. My main duties were supervising the students and teaching them many different techniques for many different sports. This really helped me gain some more experience with kids, especially dealing with there emotions (which can be huge while playing games). As a member of the student representation at my school I’ve also helped younger students with their problems and concerns.
I’ve also been babysitting my younger sister when she was little while our parents were away and have been helping her and our neighbours kids with their homework.
I really enjoy spending time with children, playing with them or even teaching them some new skills.

While I don’t have any direct working experience in handy craft I gained some common knowledge from my father who included me in such tasks from a young age on, whether it was fixing a bike or assembling furniture.

In general I’m open to any new tasks and I’m really interested in learning new skills.
