Hello!

My name is Valentine, I’m 26 years old and I’m from France. I love discovering new cultures, meeting people from different backgrounds, and learning new skills. I recently started a journey in aviation and I’m passionate about travel and human interactions.

I live in the Paris region with my partner, our dog Mokar, and our cat Paco. I come from a big family and have four siblings: an older brother who is 29, a younger sister who is 16, and two little brothers who are 9 and 3 years old. Growing up in a large family has taught me patience, adaptability, and how to work well with others.

I also have experience in arts and crafts, as I run my own small business making handmade home decor and candles. I have a background in customer service, which has helped me develop great adaptability and communication skills. I’m open-minded, hardworking, and always eager to help in any way I can.

I joined Workaway because I believe that cultural exchange is one of the best ways to grow as a person. I’d love to contribute to a meaningful project while learning from others and sharing great experiences.

I’m really looking forward to meeting you, sharing your daily life, and becoming part of your family for a few weeks while helping as much as I can!

I have several skills that can be useful during a Workaway exchange.
• Pet sitting: I have experience in dog sitting, and I can also help take care of other animals (feeding them, walking them, playing with them).
• Handiwork and DIY: I enjoy arts and crafts, and I can do small repairs or help with manual projects.
• Babysitting: Growing up in a big family, I’m used to taking care of children of different ages.
• Housekeeping and organization: I can help keep the house clean and tidy.
• Cooking and kitchen help: I can prepare simple meals and assist with dishwashing and tidying up.
• Languages: French is my native language, so I can help with learning it if needed.

I enjoy creative activities, such as making and designing my own candles. I find it very relaxing and fulfilling. I also love going for walks and exploring new places. I’m a big fan of board games and enjoy spending time with friends and family playing them. I’m passionate about travel, meeting new people, and discovering different cultures.
