Hi everyone! My name is Sofia, I’m 23 years old, and I’m from Italy. I recently graduated with a degree in International Relations and Cooperation, and I’m passionate about pursuing further studies in Human Rights Law—possibly through a master’s program in the near future.
I love immersing myself in new cultures, meeting people from different backgrounds, and exchanging experiences. I am particularly interested in working with NGOs and contributing to meaningful projects that make a positive impact. Helping others and sharing my skills with a purpose is something I deeply value, and I’m excited about the opportunities to grow and learning from this experience.

Quelles sont vos compétences ?

I studied at a scientific high school in Sardinia and graduated in International Relations and Cooperation in Milan.
I started working at 16 during the summer and, over the years, I worked in a bar, in a restaurant, and in a pastry shop. During my teenage years, I volunteered for an association that supported migrants and taught them Italian. This was an incredibly meaningful experience: I built strong friendships with some of the young people at the center where we worked. From that time, my interest in international cooperation and human rights issues began to grow.
In Milan, I lived for four years in a shared apartment with three other students, which taught me how to manage shared spaces and respect others' belongings.
Having grown up in the countryside, I love animals and have always taken care of my family’s many pets. I love the sea and have a deep passion for sailing, which I’ve been practicing since I was a child.
I speak English fluently and have been studying French for a year.
