Hi there!
I’m Sara, 25yo Italian medical student. I’m new to Workaway, but I’m incredibly excited to start this journey and connect with people from different countries!
I'm an adventurous and outgoing person who loves stepping out of her comfort zone and embracing new challenges.

This summer, I’d like to visit Morocco—a dream I’ve had for two years! since I met a wonderful friend from Marrakech during my exchange in Egypt. She's been telling me amazing things about her country, her stories sparked my curiosity, and now I can’t wait to experience Morocco myself.

In the last months, I discovered Workaway, which I believe is an authentic and meaningful way to travel. It offers the chance to truly connect with the local culture—not as a tourist, but as someone ready to immerse themselves fully in the experience.

I’m creative, motivated, and always eager to meet new people, explore different traditions, and share experiences. I also enjoy cooking and introducing others to the flavors of my own culture while having meaningful conversations (I'd be happy to make a delicious pizza for you!)
I’m learning to play the guitar and Caribbean dances and, in general, always open to discovering new hobbies and skills.

I have experience in social media management and content creation, so I can help with promoting projects online. I’m also happy to assist with hospitality, teaching languages, or contributing to creative/artistic activities

I can’t wait to meet inspiring hosts, contribute to their projects, and create unforgettable memories together!

I studied medicine at university in Italy, so if anyone happens to get a little hurt, I can be of help—don’t worry, I’ve got you covered! 😄

I’m also passionate about writing and video editing, and I have experience managing social media. For several years, I handled the social media accounts for a medical students’ association, where I also organized activities and managed groups of people. This has given me strong organizational and teamwork skills.

On top of that, I love cooking and enjoy sharing dishes from my culture with others. I also practice yoga daily, meditation courses and I love running.
