Hello,
My name is Alexandre from the beautiful french Alps , i have been living in the North of Portugal for 6 years
It took me 4 years to rebuilt an old stone house cause summers are hot and winters are rainy
I want to give life to a non cultivated old land nearby , trees , fruits trees are planted, some permaculture beds are done ready to use , others needs to be finished

You can discover the minho region (not very touristic) and Galicia, it is traditional the lifestyle but in summer music festivals are coming and that is good

I need help in the orchard to carry dead wood log, leaves, fresh cutted grass, straw , horse manure with the wheelbarrow and make the lasagna yourself
The recipe is easy , you just need strength, I need help too with waterring trees

I have 2 rooms and space for tent
terrace, kitchen and washroom, washing machine
I provide enough food for 3 meals per day, in exchange , I ask you 4 hours of work for 5 days per week
Please consider that I am living in a small village at 15 minutes drive from Vila nova de Cerveira

Vila nova de Cerveira is the closest city, every summer the Art biennial takes place.
From VNC, take a buse or train to Vigo or Porto. It is about 1 hour drive
You can go to the beach Ancora Beach by train from VNC
Starting at VNC, the ecovia followed the Minho river

he did the volunteer and he knows... working hours were amazing and he is very funny and generous!!
unfortunatly during my stay rain the most of the time and I could not appreciate it but the surroundind nature look fantastic
